I never felt rushed or that my time wasn't important to their agents. They even went out of their way to make a follow up call a week or two later when I had a rate question to see if I had gathered the information needed to get a discount on my renters policy. I can't speak on the pricing of policies because there's a lot of variables that one encounters that are specific to each person when seeking insurance. Just got a call from our Realtor again the other day (about a month after the close date) explaining that Valley Mortgage forgot to have us sign a document that needs to be notarized. So, we have to take time out of our day to go to their office to sign yet another document. I'm so glad that we didn't use them for our lender!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone.
