As part of the Westin, I believe. I've been traveling in Quebec for about a month, and this is one of top meals I've had. Also, they know how to treat a solo diner. I started with the best beet salad I've ever had. It was on a bed of pureed cashews, which added the perfect solidity to the beets and other vegetables. My main was salmon, and there was nothing wrong with this dish, but I could have gotten something like it anywhere. But it was the dessert that was absolutely amazing. That's a vanilla crème on an almond cookie and then infused with this Quebecois fruit called a melitot (I think). Like a subtle blueberry raspberry hybrid. The subtlety with the vanilla crème was perfect. If you have the unfortunate experience of staying in this village, definitely go here.
