I originally…read moregave them a low rating because of an issue with a payment submitted through their online portal... we were being charged for an NSF and late fees even though the payment had gone through (there also was an issue with our last name was misspelled in the portal that wasn't caught in time)... regardless, after a couple e-mails and screenshots of confirmation, etc they have corrected. Upon purchasing the apartment complex they did raise the rent, but after speaking with Cristina they were kind enough to offer us a month-to-month until the renovations were complete before raising the rent. Not only that, but if we had to move between units during renovations they would fully compensate us for the moving fees. We did move on to another place but I can say from our 2 months of dealing with them, they were honest, fair, and cared enough to take the time to research our issues and correct them. These people will use old dirty pictures they had in file to use as a reason for detaining your security deposit. They exactly did that to us. The owner uses his "service" in the Air Force as an enticing mechanism. But he does not represent the good people in service. He has no ethics. It is un American that he uses the good name of our service men to take advantage of unsuspecting honest customers. Run away fast, if you are considering to give them a chance to do business. When you move out: -clean under the fridge (pull it all the way out and clean behind as well), they will charge you hundreds of dollars if you don't do this. -change your stove top burners (upwards of a hundred dollars for this if you don't). - document absolutely everything!! Cannot emphasize this enough, they will try to keep every cent of your deposit. -Andrea Matthew (Maintenance Manager)- is the worst human you will ever interact with. It's not you. Something is just wrong with her. Avoid this group at all cost. They don't care about their tenants.

When we met Danny, we took a weekend trip to Texas. We wanted to meet our new realtor and visit some houses in San Antonio and the surrounding area, and we realized during this weekend to Texas we would need more time to find just the right home. The weekend we spent with Danny was a fun time getting to learn about him, and he learned about us so that we knew we were on the right track to find the right home. We needed to find a place to stay quickly once we move to Texas and during the weekend visit luck was on our side, Danny has a fully furnished Airbnb that we decided to rent while we search for our new home. Once we moved to Texas, we rented the Airbnb. We did find a house quickly (thanks to Danny listening to what we were looking for in a home) and we rented the Airbnb for four months while our new home was in the process of completion.
