Sip a bit of good wine and look around in the Grisk creative univers. They serve food influenced by the Spanish tapas traditional. You can pick from the ever changing menu, or ask for the chefs choice of the evening - either 3 or 5 servings. The chef make the food in the bar on his BBQ. He used top quality materials. The ingredients was marvellous. Unfortunately the chef was not able or capable realise the potential of the food. Something went wrong in his composition of the different tastes. Hands down the best fish I've had in a long time. It was an ample sized fish, and the buttery breading was perfectly crispy. We had similar dishes at a couple other restaurants in Danmark, and this was far and away the best. Everything else we ordered was yum. Oh, and make sure you pull your potatoes from the bottom of the bowl, where they are soaking in delicious Danish butter.
