You can pick from the ever changing menu, or ask for the chefs choice of the evening - either 3 or 5 servings. The chef make the food in the bar on his BBQ. He used top quality materials. The ingredients was marvellous. Unfortunately the chef was not able or capable realise the potential of the food. Something went wrong in his composition of the different tastes. Hands down the best fish I've had in a long time. It was an ample sized fish, and the buttery breading was perfectly crispy.
