We had a disaster when an insulation installer punched two huge holes in our bedroom and family…read moreroom ceilings and caused cracks in three other rooms. We were extremely distraught, fearing that our home would not be corrected properly and that its resale value would be significantly compromised. To complicate matters, we have popcorn ceilings and did not want three rooms with flat ceilings while the rest of the house remained textured. We decided to have the damaged areas corrected to match the existing popcorn texture. We asked the insulation installer to contact Humphrey Drywall of High Point, NC, as we had previously used them for a small job with excellent results. Brian and Speedy from Humphrey Drywall did a fabulous job restoring our ceilings to perfect condition. They are true miracle workers--there is absolutely no discernible difference between the repaired areas and the rest of the ceilings. They are one of the few drywall companies capable of working with popcorn ceilings, and they are the absolute best at their craft. I wholeheartedly recommend Brian and Speedy, at Humphrey Drywall, for any drywall or painting projects. If your home still has popcorn ceilings like ours, Humphrey Drywall is the only company to call.

We live in a townhome community in Guildford County that was impacted by a tornado in mid-March…read more2021. Our Homeowners Association and Property Management Company are truly horrid and so many homeowners were fuming when the HOA told homeowners that we *had to* use the contractor of the HOA's choice to repair the roofs and home exteriors that homeowners are financially responsible for. "Or else". The HOA had positioned themself to be the middle-man & control the project and homeowner billing but Crossover stepped up at our HOA Meeting and said "Homeowners should work directly with us". It turns out Crossover is the ONLY good thing the HOA has ever done for the Community. And we don't think they did it on purpose... Mary Jane is the company's owner. She was very well spoken, professional, friendly, reassuring, at the HOA Meeting and answered all homeowner's questions. She gave us all her mobile number an email. She offered free tarping to homes still in need. Then Crossover arrived bright and early one morning and spent the day in the community and inspected each individual unit and supplied each homeowner with an estimate and answered questions - employees sure were easy to spot with their bright orange shirts! We had 2 licensed roofers come to our home for quotes prior to Crossover being contracted by the HOA. Crossover's quote on our roof repair was right on the nose, so, yay! Our roof looked like it had minor damage with just a handful of shingles missing but it rained one night and water started coming in right over a bunch of electrical - ugh! We contacted Mary Jane well past normal business hours and got a super fast response. A crew arrived at our home the next morning, 1st thing. They were wearing masks (Covid-19 protocol) when they came to the door and were respectful of the property - when they finished repairing the roof they cleaned up the yard front, side, back. Very nice warranty on the repair performed. Plenty of payment options - we chose to call the office and pay with a credit card. The office staff was very pleasant. I've watched Crossover crews work on homes around me and I've seen them lay tarps down around the homes to catch most of the debris. I've seen employees walking the community picking up debris that was blown by the wind as they worked. Roofing is messy business and even more so with the weather we've been having! I highly recommend Crossover. Great communication & customer service. Very respectful of the property they are working on. Competitive pricing.

After the 13th day I gave up on the idea of bath b and I called the main office for help (Bryan & Christina) and asked please come out and just look at the job being done here and tell me if this is the quality of work you represent. Though I hesitated I am a man of second chances. Tim contacted me, wanted me to remind him of the job so he could make sure he was quoting the right thing. I did and he sent me a message quote. I ended up allowing them to the do the work not because they were the cheapest but because of the explanation of what needed to be done and how they would do it. The main issue was that I had some leaks and needed some roof repair. I also asked for some gutter guards as well. I was given a date and they showed up promptly. The main guy on site was great and kept me informed of the process. A second crew came to do the gutter guards and they do did a good job and was very quick also. During the roof repair, as the guys were walking, a couple planks were busted which caused more leaks. There was no way the crew would have known this at the time but when I realized it I called Tim back and he scheduled a time to have the crew return. Again they showed up promptly, repaired those areas and was gone in a very quick time.
