Its located at Wallenburg Park (human side) and abuts the entrance to 787 from Pearl Street. it does not have any water on site, bring some for you and your pooch. It's still a new park and is still clean. So far owners have been very conscientious. They do have poo recepticles but I don't remember if there were bags there. During the day I can't imagine where you can park, but a Saturday or Sunday morning you can find street parking.
