The front desk team is efficient and courteous, appointments run on time, and patients receive reminder messages before each visit. Every person I have met takes their job seriously and goes above and beyond to serve patients. And then there is Jolene, my hygienist, who is truly the best of the best. She is beautiful inside and out. One experience in particular left a lasting impression on me. When I scheduled a deep cleaning appointment, I was told it would take about three hours. Usually she can put me on a waiting list and call a day before to confirm, but this time she said I had to call to confirm. This is fine but I questioned why she couldn't call as usual, and she just gave a non-answer ending with "whatever". I couldn't believe the disrespect! Edna has never apologized for the inconvenience (even in the past), knowing that it's usually very difficult to reschedule. Appointments can be weeks to months out (there is only one hygienist left).
