"The first thing we do, let's kill all the lawyers."…read more That was William Shakespeare's advice over 400 years ago, and, to this day, that still seems to be a sentiment that rings true to a lot of folks. Most people understand that legal counsel is for the rich, a luxury that a common working man can't afford. It's also understood by many (especially those who have tried to retain an attorney) that the firms who say "you don't pay if we don't win," will reject your case if they're not 127% sure THEY'RE GOING TO WIN. The whole process of personally dealing with the legal community still proves to be a hassle that most will avoid (literally) at any cost. I felt the same way until I met Robert Gray. I knew that mine wasn't the normal rear end collision-see a chiropractor for 12 months-sign the dotted line & collect case. Add to that the fact that my case was against a HUGE entity that for many of us is a household name. But I also knew I had been wronged and needed help. First, let's make it clear that I WAS NOT DESPERATE. I'm not Tom Hanks, and this ain't Philadelphia. I had been rejected by a few of the HUGE TV/Radio attorneys, but found Robert Gray thru reliable referral networks. I called and set up an appointment. Upon our first meeting I was immediately impressed. Working from professional and clean offices, Robert and his assistant Amy (Dear Lord, how does she work so hard?) immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. That said, what I truly admired, and still do, Is Mr. Gray's (Robert's) candor. Not once did I feel like I was being spoken down to or dealt with dishonestly. He explained to me that we had a tough road ahead of us, but he also took my case. Yep, this is MY LAWYER! He will be "for life." Dennis B

Cheryl Abraham represented my ex-husband, Andrew Forman, in our divorce…read more Our financial mediation agreement was signed on 11/2/2016 and the divorce was finalized on 12/16/2016. So what am I complaining about? Well, the conditions in the financial mediation agreement were not fulfilled until today, 10/29/2017. This is one year minus three days to complete a simple, simple, very, very simple financial mediation agreement. In reality, the paperwork has just been sent to the judge for his approval, so this unpleasant mess may take longer than a year to resolve. My lawyer had to continually poke and prod them to fulfill their legal obligations, which added an additional $7000 to the cost of the divorce. My ex-husband is no doubt very satisfied with the service that Cheryl provided for him. He would give her 5 stars for her weasel-like approach to dragging out this financial settlement and preventing me from getting on with my life. By all means, use Cheryl if you want to see your family on welfare, collecting food stamps, and living in a homeless shelter or under the causeway. I AM WRITING THIS FOR THE OTHER PARTY IN THE DIVORCE, should they happen to look here while checking out their spouse's lawyer. For your own mental health, tell your lawyer about the way Cheryl Abraham operates and make sure he or she lets them know that this is unacceptable. Then call your lawyer once a month to remind him or her to call Cheryl and inquire as to why the financial settlement has not been completed. In hindsight, I wish I had asked when the financial settlement would be completed, and then refused to go through with the divorce until Cheryl could show that all the paperwork was done, up to the point where the divorce decree just had to be stapled onto the back and everything approved by the judge. I don't know if you can do this, but it's worth giving it a shot, because having to go on welfare, get food stamps and live under the causeway with your kids will just be adding more stress to the already stressful situation you are in.

I truely believe without years of experience the case would not have gone as smooth as it did. True professionals! Thank you both. Ross

I've been discovering several structural damages: Roof leaking, house unstable, hole in bathroom wall, AC unit malfunctioning, kitchen pipe damaged, old stove and refrigerator, low air quality due to dust, roaches, rust in pipe water, AND more. These breaches have obviously been caused by both the landlord and the property manager. This raises a RED FLAG ALERT. How can a property with so much ongoing damages be considered Fair Housing, much less, Fair Market value? Consider before renting.

Very demanding and invasive questions about what I plan to do with my property. Informed him of real estate companies that actually have listings of people that actually want to sell their homes or property, and that his questions to me were none of his business. If looking for an agent with integrity or honor I would look elsewhere. Hey Mark there is a world of hospital, police, firefighters, airport and other people that do not share your same shift. Maybe you should be called at 2am. Cold calling and hoping against the odds of a connection despite the breaking of a law is not a very smart move and the only dumber move would be to do business with that person.

My very first virtual consult she came out like a raging bull and it should have been my first clue that things would not be good. She talked over me and wouldn't let me speak. Both her and Attorney Figuero refused to let me record our conversations. They werenot good at all in responding to emails. Couldnt get a meeting for 2-3 weeks out with them. They didn want me emailing......so how does one communicate?!?! I had a status hearing and Attorney Bieker was representing me and the Judge ruled that I had waived my rights to attorney fees for lack of not noticing a hearing for Attorney fees. She did not argue one statute or case law for me to the tune of approximaty $100,000 in legal fees that I have incurred. I retained her to resolve a contempt and enforce that I had filed in November of 2024. She did nothing and my fees were in excess of $20,000 from 2/5/2025 to 5/20/2025 at which time she withdrew from my case. Scheduled a withdrawal hearing in the morning for approximately 1:00 that afternoon not giving proper notice and not allowing me to retain a court reporter that I had told her that I always wanted a court reporter present. If that is the kind of representation you are looking for ....they are your go to. I would be more than willing to share my experience in black and white. Had an issue where I was to sign a quit claim deed and she bullied me on that as well. What an expensive nightmare! If there were 10 negative stars I would check them off but I don't have that option.

Yes, I was served with divorce from my Miltary spouse and she had a good lawyer who was very attentive to her needs and gave her great advice. My lawyer, Robin, never ever returned my calls even after I paid them a lot of moneys, which it seemed all they did was bill me. Because this office was so bad we decided to place the mediation on hold the day before, which fortunately my wives attorney explained to her the process who in turn informed me. Needless to say our case was still open for about 6 years just moving from judge to judge. All this time after leaving messages with this office I never received a response how to close it and get it cleared so it would not effect my security clearance. Guess what? low a behold my wives attorney explained and even gave her advice on how to close the case. Do yourself a favor a research before selecting any attorney.
