TERRIBLE Experience!!! AVOID Lisa Mendel, she's an agent affiliated with this place. Very unstable,…read moremoody and cold. Did not follow through and turned out to be empty, false promises, lots of big talk and zero action. Claimed to be superwoman who works hard, yet is literally on vacation constantly throughout the month, every month!!! How this agency could employ such a jerk is telling to who they are. An agent couldn't possibly give the services sellers require if they are out of the country or state all of the time!!! She'd send me pictures of her dogs and things going on, but then turn mean and moody. Not following up with me to ask how progress is while she claimed she wanted to represent my property. It was all a lie just to get my keys because I suspect she was working for the crook manager who was suing me for crooked things he himself caused, so she could probably obtain his lawyer since she was in need of a new lawyer for her transactions. All the whole just trying to slap her name on my unit to collect a commission for having made zero effort towards. She ended up telling me she has 8 properties right now when she should honestly have none. How Greedy can a human being be??? Funding that luxury lifestyle. She's another slumlord crook is what I sort of gathered and I didn't appreciate her unprofessionalism and erratic, unstable behavior or setting me up for high hopes with no intentions to do squat. Do NOT trust this lady with the Biggest transaction of your life!!! AVOID her at all costs and don't involve yourself with somebody like this. YOU and your home selling are NOT her priority and you will end up experiencing her wrath & cold demeanor at some point because she's a deviant user, she is conniving and evasive. You ask her questions and she won't answer if she's hiding something. She'll only answer what SHE chooses to. That is NOT someone respectful or deserving of your business or worthy of your hiring. If you own a property, be sure you thoroughly vet agents and look into every aspect about them. There is a reason Lisa Mendel's sales are low. She is never in the country or around. When she is, she is often traveling still and doing things to which are clearly demonstrating real estate is NOT the priority, you are NOT the priority. She's a trouble maker often seeking lawsuits, lawyers to do her bidding, and dubiously get out of dealing with things. She did her share of complaining, for instance someone abandoning cars on her business property. She had me feeling sorry for her, she said the city is corrupt and ignores it. After realizing what she's about, I believe there's more to the story. She is Greedy and refuses to spend her fortune on having the junk removed. After realizing more of the truth, she's a slum lord out to have people thrown out with her accomplice lawyer while she jet sets the globe, I don't feel bad for her in the least. That lawyer was a crank who gave out reckless advice, yet she loved him because he catered to her corrupt whims. He suffered a heart attack and if she teamed up with Lynch or any other Crooks, worse fate is coming to them because God is on my side and showed it in a photograph that's been deemed a miracle with a Cross that miraculously appeared. Lisa is bad news. There are lots of agents in Berkshire County, 600 of them. Please be choosey, selling a property is serious business in life and you need a true professional, dedicated to your absolute best interests and respects you, and who is available/reliable, with good sense of judgement & reasoning/ negotiating and strong marketing skills. Communication skills were severely lacking and at times I wasn't even sure that they were in my corner and were really only trying to please potential buyers at my expense to get that almighty commission. He arrived in 40 minutes with his wife for the two witnesses, charged a reasonable fee and was very fast and efficient. I recommend him if you need and have trouble getting to a notary.
