Since then it has been quite an eye opener about how naive i actually was to trust in this man and him doing his job. There is zero communication with him, i have asked for things to be explained to me , for modifications to be made, just simply looking for clarification on things and the only responses I received was either 'don't worry about it, ill handle it" to lying about moving forward with filing a Motion, and being completely disregarded and him not even bothering to open and read text messages and emails regarding the case, which is still open and on going and he is still unfortunately representing me. When asking why it was that I needed representation at all in this case, he wholeheartedly believed I was guilty of what I had been accused of, with no proof or anything to go off, literally just hearsay. Not to mention the fact that I didn't even know what the actual accusations against me were until after a year of all this nonsense, which i had to find out from a document from dcf, not my legal representation. So if you want a lawyer who will be there just for a check and not hear you, not listen to you and to ignore and disregard anything of Importance you have to say, then in my experience and opinion, this is the guy for you.
