All they did was send a standard document request letter to the HOA and charged me over 2500 which I told them clearly, I do not need a new document request letter since I have had it all from previous attorney's record request. Hourly rate between 450 and 525 are insane for DO NOTHING WORK and wasted my time and money after 3,5 months.

Luckily, I had someone like Mr. Sherman on my side navigating the waters. His advice was well worth it. He caught a provision in my contract that would have cost me a lot of money. This one catch alone basically paid for his service. His service is well worth the price. He also makes sure that he corrects mistakes before they happen so attorney fees don't get outrageous. I know there are plenty of horror stories with regards to attorneys. He is the polar opposite of that stereotype and great to deal with. I can tell you not only is he a good lawyer he's a good person. It feels good knowing that I was fully protected by a real professional who knows the law and knows how to help his clients. I will use him for all of my business endeavors moving forward. P.S. I know he can do transactions but I'm pretty sure he does other areas of law also.

I said I will need it sooner than that. I then received a Court decision the next day that made the need for the Trust mute. They then said they moved up the meeting date, which wasn't needed then. So they kept my $8,750 claiming they "did work for me" over the 24 hour period that was "moved up" instead of the 5 week wait. I have nothing. They did no work but insist on keeping all my money. I offered to pay for time spent , they refused. They kept my entire payment. My advice would be to not be as trusting and in hindsight "stupid" for paying up front an entire bill. My problem is I trust people, and this is an expensive lesson that I shouldn't have trusted the Siegel Law Group.

I present the below evidence for the public to make up its own mind. As a former client of Peter J. Snyder, P.A., I feel compelled to share my deeply troubling experience. Mr. Snyder's conduct throughout my case was not just disappointing, but in my view, egregiously unprofessional and potentially unethical. What's worse, Mr. Snyder made major decisions about my case without my input or consent. He elected for a non-jury trial without even discussing it with me. But perhaps most alarming were the ethical concerns. I believe Mr. Snyder misrepresented facts to the court regarding trial duration and evidence. In my opinion, Mr. Snyder's actions demonstrate a shocking disregard for client advocacy and professional responsibility. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone else seeking legal representation.
