What's worse, Mr. Snyder made major decisions about my case without my input or consent. He elected for a non-jury trial without even discussing it with me. The lack of diligence in handling my case was staggering. Despite my repeated requests, Mr. Snyder failed to initiate settlement discussions, unnecessarily prolonging the legal proceedings. But perhaps most alarming were the ethical concerns. I believe Mr. Snyder misrepresented facts to the court regarding trial duration and evidence. He attempted to coerce me into accepting unfavorable terms. At times, it felt like he was working more for the opposing party than for me.
