I began working with LS Carlson Law about a year ago after spending nearly two years fighting my…read moreHOA over serious mishandling of funds. After getting nowhere with my previous counsel, I was referred to LS Carlson Law, and attorney Ahmet Brown took over my case. From that moment forward, everything finally started moving again. The firm followed every proper legal channel and applied the right pressure to force the HOA to respond and produce the documents (some) they had been avoiding for years. The case ultimately went to mediation, where I was able to recover most of the money I had spent up to that point. While I didn't walk away with additional compensation (which was disappointing after such a long battle) Ahmet reminded me that a successful mediation is often one where neither side feels completely satisfied. He was right, and I appreciated the honesty. Today, I've had to rehire the firm because the HOA failed to comply with part of the settlement agreement. At this stage, with all the groundwork already done, I'm confident the process will move much faster. I'm hopeful that this time I'll finally see meaningful accountability, and maybe even some compensation, for the stress and financial harm this HOA has caused. LS Carlson Law has been the only firm able to make real progress in a situation that felt impossible. I'm grateful for their persistence, professionalism, and deep understanding of HOA law.

Lisa Fogarty oh and Tammy Yergin are extremely pleasant and we're very accommodating when I had questions. Their due diligence on every aspect of my case was extremely impressive. This law firm is amazing. I never suggest or recommend as I stated before but, I highly recommend this law firm. My case was no simple case. No need to go into details but they did an amazing job! I am overly happy with their commitment to taking care of their client. Also, I'm exceptionally happy (impressed) with the final results I receive from this law firm. If I miss spelled I'm sorry. If your goal is to find a professional that WON'T reply to you, then this is the firm for you!…read more I called Jared Namm once and left a message. Nothing. Called him a second time. THIS time, he replied with "I am busy and will call you back." Great. No problem. He didn't. I called a THIRD time and he replied, "I will call you back shortly." Great. No problem. Again, he didn't. So he's either REALLY BAD at his job, or he's just have a great time *messing* with potential clients. Either way, it's an awful look. The best advice I can give you is to AVOID BERMAN LAW GROUP as their qualification criteria leave much to be desired. If all the employees at Berman are like as worthless and unprofessional like this clown Jared Namm, then Berman isn't a law firm, but circus.

Peter J. Snyder, P.A

Mr. Snyder may sue me for making this post. I accept that risk. Nevertheless I must inform the…read morepublic of what I went through: 4 years of stress over a simple landlord tenant case that could have been settled quickly. I was put on trial and almost financially ruined. I ultimately had to fire Attorney Snyder and defend myself in court, which I did successfully. He told me I would lose but I won outright without any lawyer to help me. Nobody should have to go through what I endured. It was unfair and wrong. I present the below evidence for the public to make up its own mind. As a former client of Peter J. Snyder, P.A., I feel compelled to share my deeply troubling experience. Mr. Snyder's conduct throughout my case was not just disappointing, but in my view, egregiously unprofessional and potentially unethical. I had to fire him and represent myself in court in order to win (which I did). You can look up my case for yourself on the Palm Beach County clerk of the court's website. Here is the case number: 50-2020-CC-012621-XXXX-SB From the outset, communication was abysmal. I was left in the dark about crucial hearings and important case developments. How can an attorney effectively represent a client when they fail to keep them informed? This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a fundamental breach of the attorney-client relationship. What's worse, Mr. Snyder made major decisions about my case without my input or consent. He elected for a non-jury trial without even discussing it with me. The lack of diligence in handling my case was staggering. Despite my repeated requests, Mr. Snyder failed to initiate settlement discussions, unnecessarily prolonging the legal proceedings. But perhaps most alarming were the ethical concerns. I believe Mr. Snyder misrepresented facts to the court regarding trial duration and evidence. He attempted to coerce me into accepting unfavorable terms. At times, it felt like he was working more for the opposing party than for me. In my opinion, Mr. Snyder's actions demonstrate a shocking disregard for client advocacy and professional responsibility. I wouldn't wish my experience on anyone else seeking legal representation. If you're considering hiring Peter J. Snyder, P.A., I strongly urge you to reconsider. In my view, he has shown himself to be untrustworthy, unprofessional, and potentially unethical. You deserve an attorney who will truly fight for your interests, not one who might compromise them at every turn. I am pursuing a disbarment with the Florida Bar. That case number is No. 2023-50, 756(15G). I am happy to share any information with any member of the public to prevent them from enduring a similar ordeal to mine. Brandon J. M. Cotton

There was a mistake in the deed from 1998. My lawyer said he would correct it. After six months and no results, I gave up. I went to Peter Snyder. He knew exactly what the problem was and filed a corrective deed. Sent a courier to Broward Courthouse and had the new deed filed with my children's name on it. This only took 24 hours! The paralegal, Mark, was just as knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I am so impressed with this practice and would give them 10 stars if I could.
