I enjoyed the sessions and learning more from Vidushi about Ayurveda and how incorporating small changes could lead to significant improvement in general wellness. Vidushi is very patient, listens closely and tailors recommendations keeping in mind the client's needs. I appreciated that Vidushi suggested pacing the recommendations slowly and systematically, rather than making too many changes at once. With Vidushi's help I was able to establish a healthy morning and evening routine and try healthy dietary changes to address specific health concerns.

The absolute best chiropractor (and so much more). I have been going to Scott for over a year and…read moresince the first day, my posture improved immediately. Every visit is quite miraculous and I continue to go to him to maintain my overall wellbeing. What truly blew my mind was that I was having excruciating menstrual cramps that caused me to faint and vomit. It was severe. I had gone to my OBGYN over a couple years to try to solve the problem, with no changes. I never thought to ask Scott about this issue, because I didn't think it could be fixed through this type of bodywork. I was completely wrong. Once I told him what was happening, after the first adjustment, the cramps diminished significantly within the first month; then by the second month, they were completely gone. Scott is a natural healer and miracle worker for sure. No matter what your mindbody challenge may be, go see him and change your health and wellness for the best.

I have a neck and shoulder injury from a sports injury that occurred about many years ago. Over…read morethe years I have used several forms of treatment to address the pain (chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, Pilates). I am convinced that it takes a combination of treatments, including chiropractic, to address the problem. Over the years I went to (at least) five chiropractors - Scott Simerman was the only only that produced visible and permanent healing. Scott uses a much different technique than any other I've experienced. Although there can be some aggressive manipulations, it is not really a bone manipulation form of treatment. It addresses nerve tension in the spinal column. On my first visit, he performed a pretty aggressive stretch to my neck that instantly improved my health - I was out of pain. It took several regular visits to ultimately correct the problem. When I started, I lived nearby and visited almost weekly in the early stages. Over time, I tapered off. These days I am a less frequent patient as I live about an hour away. However, I still see him for maintenance as I've aged I am active and still vulnerable to relatively minor spinal stress. If you're in pain, I recommend him highly. I also recommend finding a good massage therapist, and Pilates to stretch and improve posture.

This is for the location in East Harlem. I went for three weeks and it was one of the worst…read moreexperiences I have ever had. I thought it would get better, it never did. The PT's are usually busy with multiple patients and extremely inattentive. They have curtains that don't fully close, which means lack of privacy. The PT's spend a lot of time talking and gossiping with each other, or sitting down at a table working while they have clients. On multiple occasions I finished with an exercise and it took 5-10 minutes for the PT to check on me. Usually I ended left early because I felt like the PT really didn't care and was too busy engaging in conversation with their colleagues. I came to my last appointment on time and the PT was busy eating lunch or something. Not sure she was even there because she didn't come out. They wanted me to start on the elliptical, without checking to see if I still had pain, which I did, and the machine would only exacerbate the injury. I immediately left.
