The office staff have been super helpful with getting appointments setup and are super nice and genuine. The office itself is nice and clean. The dentists and dental assistants are probably the best I've come across. They're thorough, explain everything (even when I have a million questions), they make sure I'm comfortable and constantly check in with me when I have work done to make sure I'm okay. I've never had a dentist do that for me. I've seen different providers within Luray Family Dental and they're all top notch and knowledgeable. Went in today for a simple dental cleaning and was very pleased! I'm always nervous about going to…read morethe dentist because I've had terrible experiences where the hygienist working on my teeth are rough or the dentist/ hygienist/ staff are pushy with selling products. From the front desk staff, to the hygienist, to the dentist, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Andrea, my hygienist, was SO gentle. I've always had a difficult time with dental scans, but she made it so quick and painless. The cleaning was very thorough and I was comfortable throughout the entire time. The dentist was also very thorough with her exam and made additional recommendations with dental care, not pushing any particular products, but ones she personally recommended. I'm extremely pleased to have found a dental office I don't dread going to. Highly recommend this place if you are in search for a dentist in the area!
