They know every report or any piece of info immediately. They know everything about payroll. They were up to date on covid workers Comp, harassment training... everything. They never screw up and the personal service cannot and will not be matched by any firm ever. I wrote a text to the owner a few weeks ago where I was ranting about how nice everyone is. Crazy nice folks who love being on the Payrunner team. Where else can you pick up the phone, call in payroll and it's done in 4.5 minutes. Do yourself a favor. Drop the the big guys. Their cute little sales rep tell a good story about all the features they have (that you'll never need or use btw) but they never mention that it's like dealing with the dmv.
