Family Tree Experts LLC was amazing from start to finish. Mr. Giovani was friendly, patient, and…read moreextremely professional. The team showed up on time and did exactly what they said they would do--and then some. It truly felt like they went above and beyond. My project was a big one--I had six large dead trees in the front, back, and side of my house. Despite the size and complexity of the job, Mr. Giovani made sure everything started and finished right on schedule. He even took the extra time to fix my neighbor's yard after needing to access it for the job, which was such a thoughtful and considerate touch. On top of all of that, the price was unbeatable. I received quotes from several other companies, and theirs was by far the best. As a newer homeowner, I never felt price-gouged (he was like half the price of everyone else) and Mr. Giovani took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the work being done. Great work, great value, and genuinely great people. I highly recommend Family Tree Experts LLC.

My experience was negative and am very disappointed in the service I received. I learned…read moreafterwards Brandon, the owner, is not licensed. My belongings were brought to storage. I've attached some pictures to back-up my statements. This is what I've seen so far: Missing items (I want these back): * 1 brown wicker cabinet w/4 drawers (2 on top, 20-1/2" W x 29-1/2 H x 16" D) (see attached which is similar). * 2 big boxes of books/miscellaneous. Furniture has damage (see attached). Squashed and ripped boxes (see attached). Footprints/marks on medicine containers (see attached). Dirt/marks on larger decorative bins (see attached). I reached out to Brandon several times to resolve this to no avail. Then there were disparaging messages from him (see attached). He says I'm a messy old lady (see attached). Who isn't messy when they are moving? For someone who was paid VERY WELL, great tip, plus expensive donations, I feel extremely disrespected, offended, and ripped off, and made to feel less than. I really hoped it would not come to this. The proof is in the pictures.
