With 15 years in my industry and a Masters degree I didn't anticipate finding a job in New Orleans…read moreto be as difficult as it was. Being from another state I was looked at a transient instead of someone who had been wanting to move here for years. I was getting really frustrated and decided to call in some professional help. I called and emails all of the "recruiters" and "head hunters" in the area. The first person to reply was Amy Shanks. And she was amazing. Her personality, smarts and connections in NOLA after almost two decades here gets the job done. At my initial interview with her she explained what she does for her clients. She made threats to physically assault me by throwing her phone at me if I brought up a certain concern of mine. She was unprepared in court (did not have proper paperwork needed), verbally insulted me for having the necessary paperwork that she should have been prepared with and made lewd sexual comments about other men in the courthouse while she was married. When I confronted her about this she accused me of fabricating everything. Do not trust or use this unethical and uneducated gross excuse for an attorney to represent you if you want to actually win your case. I do have proof of everything I am saying and will gladly share with anyone who is interested as I know Kristyl will deny all of this as she does with all of her previous clients who speak out against her extremely unethical behavior. She also drug the case out in order to keep getting paid but I fired her and hired a competent and trustworthy attorney.
