Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations. Prior to my hearing, I provided important facts and details regarding my case multiple times. Despite those discussions, it became clear during the proceeding that my attorney was not adequately prepared with information I had already provided. What concerned me most was the lack of participation and advocacy during the proceeding itself.
