There are a number of companies from Phoenix and Prescott who include Flagstaff in their service area but they only come up here a few days a week and what do you do if you have to call them back? I called BK before they opened and left a message and George called back. He told me they were completely booked but he'd swing by and get the door open so I could move my cars out and then come back over the weekend to fix the door. That worked for me. When he showed up he said he had a cancellation so he'd be able to fix the door after all. And that he did. About 45 minutes later the new spring was installed, the door and the opener were inspected, serviced, and adjusted. Very good experience.

Thought about trying to adjust the chain, but decided this was beyond my skill-set. Called Top Notch Garage Doors. James & Vincent arrived as scheduled and immediately found the issue; Gear and Sprocket Assembly (LiftMaster 041A5658-1) worn out allowing slop in the chain. (Good thing I didn't try to adjust it!) While working, I asked if they could "check" Door (#2). James found the same issue; Gear and Sprocket Assy worn. Both assemblies changed, all hinges lubed, adjusted door spring tension, and removed the "always there" snap out of #2 by adjusting the track. They cleaned up their work area, we shook hands and they left. Both doors much quieter and working perfectly. Very pleased with their work.
