Some of the crew apparently were new, so they were not efficient with their time and didn't seem to have a system for executing the move better, they were on their phones several times, they were hooting and hollering (ask our new neighbors) they rode on one of the bikes (with tires not completely aired up) up the ramp into the truck, they just dumped tons of boxes in garage instead of going into the rooms that were all labeled and showed to them beforehand. A bolt to the master bed was lost, a slat to the queen bed was broken, scratches on a couple pieces of furniture were new. We had some friends helping moving several boxes and the more precious items to save money and because they were not efficient, it didn't make a difference - and it should have. They inadvertently took our dolly and it took over a month of texts and emails to get it back. I know things happen but we moved here 3 years ago from Illinois and had NONE of these issues. Night and day. I will never use this company again. They interviewed well though (we interviewed 3 companies) which is very disappointing. Where is the integrity, professionalism and follow-through now days?

When I pointed it out to Carlos the installer he said it was standard overhang which were longer than the original estimate. They corrected one of the overhangs but refused to correct the rest. Then Carlos was grinding / polishung the end of the granite and destroyed one of the new cabinet drawers. at first they denied doing it, then admitted doing it but weren't going to make it right and said that it was in my contract to expect damages to walls, cabinets etc. Then Lia told me they're not going to fix anything and I was on my own! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone that expects quality work and customer service! 0 stars.

He worked with us to replace it and redo all of the surround. He went above and beyond to help us try to get the damage covered by insurance, writing two appeals letters. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism. We will never use this company again. It has…read morebeen over two years since we first advised Andy that our logs were not working properly after he installed them on 12/16/23. Countless phone calls and text messages. We even sent a video showing our logs woild not stay lit more than 30 seconds. The last time someone from Touch of Fire came to inspect the logs was the week of 1/5/26. Jeremy confirmed the burner was not working correctly and needed to be replaced. Per usual, we had to call them for an update. On 1/12/26 Tamara said they would file a warranty claim. After 2 years of the logs not coming on properly? We were told warranty claims take 4-6 weeks. Yet another 4-6 weeks we were going to have to wait. After pleading with them to expedite the repairs, Tamara told us on the phone that she was making the executive decision to order a new burner instead of waiting 4-6 weeks on a warranty claim. That didn't happen. We were told that the burner would be in "next Tuesday on the truck". Last time we heard from anyone about the burner was a text from Tamara on 1/19 saying "Need to ask a question about the burner you have." Not a word since that date.Keep in mind this "ghosting" was happening just ice storm and heavy snow that came back to back. It would have been very helpful for us to have working gas logs as there were record breaking cold temperatures during this time. Ironically, Andy sent a TEXT, not a phone call, this morning! Only after seeing a review my husband left yesterday about this HORRIBLE experience. It finally took us realizing they ARE NOT going to do what they have been saying for over 2 years they would do. Then Andy wants to make excuses in his text this morning. Factory closing due to weather. For 2 years? Andy: "We never ignore customers." For 2 years? "Did our best to provide updates." We called/text them 29 times without anyone answering any of our calls and texts. Andy brought up "safety is extremely important to them." Safety isn't the reason for the delay. He also said "we remain willing to complete the repair as soon as the manufacturer parts are available." As stated, we have attempted to reach them countless times with no response. We have lost all trust in their company. We tried to be more than patient and understanding while making countless attempts for a response. The issues were never resolved. Now we are done. We will find someone else to repair what they would not. It should not have been this way. A little bit of professionalism and communication can go a long way. We don't want anyone else to experience this type of poor customer service.
