Paid a small fortune for this project (close to $18K) . He returned $1500 for some of the plants, but now I have to buy the plants, dig up all the dead ones (and now more are dying), replant deeper and fill in with new dirt and mulch. Had I known this, I would have been better off to just do the project myself slowly, instead of the work he and his crew did in 2 days. I was told that amount of dead plants (the first 10) isn't so bad out of 140 plants. I didn't know I was supposed accept a certain amount of dead plants right after paying for all of them. My son and I have already dug up 8 and replaced them deep with new soil and they are thriving...

They…read moretook our sad, decrepit and overgrown yard and transformed it into a beautiful oasis in the middle of the East Side. The job was a big one, but these guys knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. The whole process began several years ago when we realized our retaining wall was on the brink of collapse. We had seen Natural Green's trucks around the neighborhood, maintaining our neighbors beautifully landscaped yards and always admired their work. When a mason we had worked with recommended them, we made the call and set up a consultation right away. Arlindo arrived on time and ready to get down to business. He's polite, warm and very, very smart -- this guy knows his landscaping. We went over what we wanted to do, what needed doing and how is should be done, and within a day we received a quote. It was very reasonable, but still a lot of money -- something we definitely would need to save up for. Fast forward to a year and a half later, and we were ready to roll. Arlindo stuck to his initial quote, which we appreciated, and when we needed to go a little deeper and get more work done, he and his team worked very hard to come up with the best possible price, and walked us through exactly how they did that. The end result is a beautiful back yard, patio, fence, stone wall and front yard that not only enhances the beauty of my home, but increases the value of the property as a whole. I have never seen such a hardworking group of men in my life, and the fact that such a dramatic transformation took place over a few short months is amazing to me. Through it all, Arlindo, his father and their team were a pleasure to work with, so much so that we've had them back to make sure everything is kept in tip-top condition. I couldn't recommend these guys more -- if you're looking for landscaping, hardscaping, or even yard maintenance, these are your guys. They're definitely mine!
