Harrahs casino was very nice. They have a parking garage no charge. There was plenty of parking. The staff was nice in the front and plenty of games to chose from to play. Wasn't super busy

Slot machines, poker room, and blackjack tables.

Nice selection of slot machines, video poker, and keno. Also, you can cash player card points into free play just by swiping your card. This is a Caesar property. A few table games. A deli and a fancy restaurant. I like that there are waitresses and helpers everywhere. That is good service.

Never heard of this casino but we saw it while passing by around the area and decided to go inside . It's a new building and it's very clean and organized. Not much lively happiness happening for a Saturday night compare to other casinos I have been in . It's definitely a place to just gamble and pass the time. Maybe more inclined to a more local community.

Oh MY , OH MY , I felt like I was in a geriatric ward . I'm a senior mind you ,but it brought sadness to see so many lonely gambling geriatric adults . I guess this is a good space to spend your dam money but I could not Wait to leave .RUN! I heard this casino is renovated , it's clean and orderly but not a happy place for me . I guess when you have expectations you have let downs . This is really not a place for me as I don't gamble that way anyway. I wanted to hear happy music and see happy faces . They do have a steak house and deli one being more expensive than the other . Parking is ample ,will I be back ? It's a big NO.

This is a much larger casino than the pictures show. They have a full poker room on the second floor. The first floor has a few table games but no craps, but they have craps machines you can play. There is plenty of parking and it's right next to a top golf. We didn't try any of the restaurants. Drink prices are average and the availability of different slots is decent for a mid sized casino.

This used to be the Isle casino now transitioning to Harrah's there's still work going on but it's a nice atmosphere new slots and very spacious. Employees are friendly and service is very good in all aspects.

Do you know this was our first time going here after the renovation and after Harrahs took over It's nice it's smaller. There's not a lot of people there. It's like an older crowd which I love Lotsa Slots to choose from. We actually played a couple, but I didn't do well. We decided to eat in one of the restaurants there which actually was pretty good. It wasn't that expensive The service was super slow, so don't think that you're gonna be in and out, but the food was not bad at all Surprisingly

The old Isle casino, previously the Pompano Beach race track, is now a branch of Harrahs. It's just so so as a casino and the service is also just OK. It's now being called The Pomp which seems to be a bigger development around it, with most not yet built. Harrahs and a Top Golf across the driveway are the only attractions, along with a parking garage. Here's hoping all those empty driveways get some other buildings fast.

Ooey gooey cake was amazing. Wish I took one home.

Great company and great food. Second time here for Mother's Day and it won't be our last.

First time coming due to it being so close to Top Golf, it's a small quiet casino which isn't a bad thing but also not very exciting. No live black jack tables is disappointing and it's pretty intimate, I had expected maybe a little bit more to do inside. Limited options just makes it more worth going to coconut creek or hard rock in Hollywood.

Over the years when it was called The Isle at Pompano it was a welcoming casino. Now it's just like any other corporate run casino.

I'd say this is for sure a broward county hidden gem. I feel not a lot of people know this spot exists located in the center of the casino where it has an outdoor tiki bar. It even has a few table games as well. There is a spacious amount of seating under the tiki hut and a full bar as well. Then they have a bunch of tables outside of the tiki hut as well as a stage for a live performance. This restaurant feels like it teleports you to an island getaway! It has a great vibe and it's never too busy since it's such a hidden gem. They have great decor that really makes you forget you are even inside a casino. I think the live music is the cherry on top. The bar has a great list of drinks, and draft beer. I ordered a couple seasonal Sam Adams drafts and they were spot on. For food I had a hard time deciding as everyone's food throughout the restaurant looked delicious!! I definitely want to try some other options in the future. The menu is also very well priced as it's not too expensive which is also a great plus! I decided on the blackened mahi sandwich with fries and it came perfectly. It was a huge portion of fish and all the toppings just complemented it so well. I even thought the fries were fresh and delicious too. I can't wait to come back to Sunset Grill, and frankly it's the best themed restaurant in the coconut creek area easily!

At 1st glance that ship was very clean and fresh. Plenty of smiling faces around and everyone was happy to be there. As per the usual we had to get acquainted with the ship and find our muster station. (that was easy) Now on to some food and drink. It was raining but we made the best of it and most did. Room time! Spacious and well kept. Large port window and the standard bedding. (We did NOT have a fridge!) We asked our porter and he said "it was broken so they removed it" WHAT!? Ok :( The club was great every night and the white party even better! This is a small ship but still a fun ship. If its close to you, take a chance on it if you like smaller crowds this is the one for you! See you Soon!

First and LAST time on a Margaritaville cruise…read more The port parking was easy to find. We parked and checked our luggage with the porter. We entered the terminal to check in. Check in was easy but busy. We were assigned the time between 12pm-1pm to check in. Once on the ship, it was down hill. We went to our muster station, which was not labeled to find easily. Completed our muster. Then we went to get lunch from the buffet. The options were limited at the actual buffet area where you serve yourself. They had the buffet, cheeseburgers, tacos, pizza, and sandwiches. The food was mediocre at best this day and throughout the week. It was a struggle to find something to eat that was edible and tasted good. Even the jello was tasteless. Once our room was ready, we went to it. Luggage was not there upon arrival, but it arrived shortly after. It was a struggle with the AC in the room from the moment we checked in. We told our room steward immediately, who said once the ships sets sail, the air would work better. That never happened. It was consistently warm to hot in our room. Guest services was notified a few times via phone and in person. But it was not fixed. Not even sure someone came to our room. We waited several times but we never made contact with the person who came to "fix" it. We made the best of it but it was not comfortable at all. Most of the time we were hot and sweating at night and while in our room getting ready for the day or dinner. Mohamad was fantastic! He was our room steward. He took amazing care of us and our room. Our room was always clean and we always had fresh and clean towels! Entertainment was lacking for sure and limited. There was a lot of time where there was very little to nothing going on and to do. The excursions through the ship were limited as well. We picked to do the Margaritaville Resort in Nassau. We walked off the ship and through the port to transportation. This part was easy and well organized. The resort itself was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice and not crazy crowded. The beach was another story. Absolutely packed and barely room to walk down to the waters edge. Not sure if it's only for Margaritaville Resort guests and day passes or if it's open to the public too. Drink package felt pricey at $360 for 4 days, and this was on sale. We had two port days, one embarkation day, and one sea day. I would NOT ever cruise again with Margaritaville.

While the front desk clerks that we encountered at check-in never cracked so much as a smirk, let alone a smile, the housekeeping staff were ALL SMILES and "honey, sweetie, baby!" That definitely made us feel better about our stay. The front desk staff the morning of our check-out were much kinder too. I called to ask if there was a business center with a printer because I'd forgotten to print our luggage tags for our cruise. While they do have a business center, they informed me that the printer wasn't working and offered to print them off for me. I was so appreciative. They also allowed us to use their tape and stapler to affix them to our luggage. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and there were lots of families enjoying the pool area. Our suite made me feel as if we'd stepped back in time to the 1970's. It was clean, but the carpet and furniture made it feel very dated. It had a rooftop deck-style balcony that was very unique. It rained briefly during our stay, and it was nice being able to crack the door and listen to the rain hit the balcony. It wasn't as "centrally located" as we thought it was at booking and the agent who sold us the room over-exaggerated the value of the suite, but we didn't hate our stay. Besides, the individually wrapped cookies offered at the front desk seemed to be a hit with everyone!
