The person who answered identify herself as Kim and I asked the address to the business and told her I need an estimated. She was very rude and told me they cannot do any estimated that morning. She told me in the afternoon with an attitude. I asked her if they offered courtesy cars and she told me "it depends" without explaining but wanting to get off the phone. I felt she was being rude and disrespectful with her tone of voice and told her I will probably will do business with another company and she answered, better yet and started laughing. What kind of business have this kind of customer service? I really think anyone thinking in the need to use a Body Shop should skip this company and look for a different option. Personally I will not use their services based on their lack of customer services's skills and rude attitude.
