I brought my car in during peak auto accident season (NE winters) and had pretty bad damages (~$8,000) that needed repair. My concerns were time to repair, restoration quality, and convenience of pickup drop off and rental use. FIrst off, the staff is very friendly and forthcoming, making me feel like my car was their car and I was quick to trust them. The repair time was exactly accurate even though this is not always possible--they did it in the time initially estimated. I didn't need to work with my insurance company to add supplemental changes to the repair bill--it was just done on my behalf since it was all being covered anyway so I didn't' worry or stress about the evolving repair bill. The car looks great; you would not know it was in an accident, I would not know even. The inside looks like the day I drove off the lot; the detailing job was incredible and unexpected, as well as the great wash and finish...I think it was even waxed...I don't know, it looks like it though. Harr auto body works with enterprise rentals up the street and despite having no rental insurance I was given the first 4 days paid for by Harr, after that I had a very reasonable rate. And I was escorted back and forth on the drop-off and pick up days by great staff at enterprise. If there could be a better auto body experience it would need to include a free lunch. Not trustworthy. I was in a fender bender brought my car there and was told the car would be ready in a week. A week gone by I called to check on the status of the car was told they found additional damages which would required more time. From the minor accident now they claimed it would take and additional two weeks or more. That is their scam to squeeze all they can out of the insurance companies. In the meantime as the insured party you would have no car to conduct your business. I would not recommend Harr Auto Body to anyone. read more

Somehow no matter what time estimate they give you, they NEVER have the work completed. After 3 1/2 weeks we called (for a second time to check on getting our truck back only to be told it was ready at the end of the previous week). When we stated that nobody had called us to tell us this, despite being told they would call us, the man looked at us blankly. Great customer service skills. We took our truck back only to discover, despite full payment, they had failed to replace one cracked part and there were other various small issues. Returned the next day and had them look at the part. No apology offered, nothing..simply told they'd order the part and fix it. They'd call us when the part came in......needless to say no call came. We finally called them and brought our truck back, only to be told it'd be a one day fix. So naturally that one day fix has now turned into a 2 day ordeal, with us insisting they are getting this truck finished this week. Still no truck, and turns out they ordered the wrong part the second time around. Worst service, no customer care. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Our dollars keep this business running and despite that, each and every single time, their attitude has been as if we are bothering THEM with our truck that needs fixing. I'd give them no stars if I could.... 5 days later: we are at the auto body shop, waiting on them to replace one of the five broken parts they returned the truck to us with, and have had to delay our leaving for our vacation because they have, for a third time, tried to return our truck to us not completely fixed! But without saying a word: offered us $50 in gas cards....what I don't want gas cards! Instead how about you return our truck fully fixed? read more

Harr Toyota is a very unprofessional team. I paid in full for my purchase on May 25th, 2016 but was able to pick up my car only on July 22nd! Almost 2 months later! All that time they promised every week that my car would be ready the following week. They made me register my car with Harr Toyota, and for that I had to pay additional almost $700. When I called them to ask about the status of my car they didn't answer my questions, they just promised to call in 1 hour or so, but they didn't. Sometimes they just transferred my call to somebody, where I was automatically transferred to leave a voice message. Even when I called to the general sales manager and explained that situation, he did nothing, he just also transferred my call to the voice message machine. Terrible customer service. In the end, they installed a remote control starter as a complementary. I will never ever shop again at Harr Toyota. If you're thinking to buy a car from them, think it twice. I strongly do not recommend this company. read more

Like all parts of Harr just the worst customer service, responsiveness, and care about the customer. (I was a customer for three cars and at my wits end I just finally gave up after so many promises but gave a chance to auto body based on my joke of an insurance agent and company). Let's put aside the fact that my original $1700 estimate became MORE THAN $4500 costing me extra points on my license (which they could care less about). (I backed into a pole. My fault. I get it. But basically harr determined I needed the whole back of my car replaced and I think my engine too because they could...) They got my car back to me A WEEK LATER THAN PROMISED and often I HAD TO CALL to find out if I was getting my care back. ALL IN ALL it took me THREE WEEKS to get my car back and even then THEY LEFT OFF ONE OF THE decals and I had to drive back to get it. Harr service and sales and now auto body is a joke. There are countless better places to go that ACTUALLY care about more than just bilking the customer and adding their pockets. Stay away. read more

I have rented several cars from Harr over the past year and it has been a good experience EVERY time. Much cheaper than other rental locations, and their cars are great. The last vehicle cost me $35 a day with unlimited miles and was a 2015 with only a few hundred miles on it! read more

Harr auto body is just as awful if not worse than the dealership. I went in for an oil change because I had a coupon. The coupon was for 19.99. I gave them the coupon and after the oil change was complete they ended up charging me $30 because of an "oil disposal fee". These scum bags never asked me if I wanted to take the oil myself in order to avoid the fee. On top of that any time I have to get stuff done on my jeep "technicians" end up either not fixing the problem and or causing new ones. I hope other people can read this review and avoid this dealership so that they don't run into the same issues as I did. I got a second opinion on what they told me needed to be fixed on my car and guess what the other mechanics told me it did not need to be fixed! If you want dishonest mechanics and salemen go to Harr. If you want a good deal and great service shop around. read more

It has been two and a half weeks and I still don't have my car back. It was promised in 5 days the first time, then after a supplemental it was promised in 4 more days. I am going on vacation tomorrow and they still can't tell me when it will be done. This was not a major collision, minor damage only. I would have have planned it for after my vacation if they had been honest with me and told me it would take 3 weeks or more. Every time I call I get the run-around, no one returns my calls when I leave a message and over the last two weeks they have said "its going to paint tomorrow" 3 times. I have been a loyal Harr customer for years, buying a new car every 2 years but that is over. I tried calling Harr's main number to speak to someone about how unhappy I am and no one there seems to care that they will lose my business over this, funny because my car is exactly 2 years old and I was thinking of trading it soon.
