It has been an easy and professional process dealing with this company from start to finish. From Justin's thorough roof inspection including photos and descriptions, his explantion of the different products and pricing options, and receipt of a very fair and reasonable quote to Dave's on the job supervision and efforts, we couldn't be happier. Dave kept us fully informed throughout the install as the removal of the 2 layers of old roofing on this 1904 century home resulted in some not too surprising extra expenses. The crew showed up on time, worked non stop until nightfall and showed up first thing the next morning to finish and leave us with a nail free yard ( okay, we found 2 lol!). We were so impressed by the care the entire team put into this roofing project from start to finish. Quick response to my texts/ emails/ phone calls throughout. Even when the gutters needed to be adjusted for proper drainage the issue was resolved quickly and to everyone's satisfaction. I finally met a contractor who cares as much as I do! Their level of professionalism, product quality and warranty is a rarity. Thank you At Your Service Roofing for the great job in Lakewood Ohio! I wish you the very best on expansion into NE Ohio. I went with RUS Roofing based on their excellent reviews and BBB score, the very reasonable quote that I received, the quality of the materials that they use, and the personal, prompt, & thorough communication by the owner, Alex. RUS totally exceeded our expectations - we were blown away by what a fantastic job they did! True to what has been mentioned in other reviews, Alex was on the job from start to finish - not only supervising his amazing 8-man crew, but actively participating. He took lots of photos from up on the roof so that he could show us progress and explain the unexpected trouble issues that they found as they stripped the old shingles. The crew took care to protect all of the landscaping and outdoor deck spaces while they worked, and cleaned up every speck of debris when they were done. They even went the extra mile by adding some missing vent covers, and painted all the vents and flashing. Alex was super professional, clearly knew his stuff, and was just such a pleasure to work with. The crew was likewise very skilled and friendly, and incredibly hard-working. They showed up at 7 AM on a Saturday and were at it nonstop for 12 hours - got the whole job done in a day, leaving us with a gorgeous new roof and a spotless yard. I was a little nervous selecting a roofer without any sort of personal referral, but they were truly awesome and I would enthusiastically recommend Alex & RUS Roofing to anyone needing roof work done!
