Insurance covered a few slopes, but not a full replacement, however we had them do a full replacement to get it done now and not worry about it again. Coldstream was in constant communication with us and the insurance company to try and get us the best value for what was being covered. After the job was completed their crew did an amazing job cleaning up, it was like they were never here! No flat tires for this neighborhood!

Heath the owner came the next day and looked over them. he told us what was wrong and what he would do. Two days later he gave us a quot. we excepted it. About three weeks later his company put both roofs on in one day. Our roofs look great. I had called another company beforehand and they could not get someone here for at least a month to check my roofs out. HTC Roofing does what they tell you when they tell you they will weather permitting.

The owner, Alex, came out very quickly to our house to give us an estimate. He came in at less than a third of the other company and proposed pretty much the same work to be done. From start to finish, Alex was wonderful to deal with - highly responsive, explained things fully, and got us on his schedule even sooner than he promised. Work was done and cleaned up in less than a day.
