Following that conversation, I got to listen to the resident and medical assistant talk shit about me outside of the office door, the doctor refused to see me and Michelle Finn, Dr Zussmans nurse, has refused to do any sort of paper work for my long term disability, which has completely ruined my life! I didn't ask to be in a car accident. I didn't ask for any of this. Never in my life have I been treated so horribly by any professional staff of any service. Orthoillinois' solution was to pair their profiles online with specific doctors instead of the entire clinic like it was when I made my initial complaint. Thank you Katie for all of your help here and Dr. Zussmans team, especially Mike Karg and Michelle Finn for ruining my life! Cheers to you! Hopefully the Illinois Medical Board and NCCPA will take me more seriously.

The appointment making process was very easy, they left a message with a nurse and she called me back to make the appointment. Mine was in the morning. It was very fast and i was waiting for maybe 10-15 mins. (Out the door in 20-30mins) Luckily, i got a great doctor and she explained things to me well and made conversation so it wasn't awkward. Pap smear/blood tests didn't hurt at all/a little. There was also a nurse practitioner(?maybe) there while she did the pap smear, im not sure if they are always there but just a fyi. It only lasted like 15 minutes.
