From the moment you walk in, he greets you with a warm smile and takes the time to thoroughly explain every detail of your dental care. His respectful and caring nature immediately puts you at ease. What sets Dr. Ziobro apart is his commitment to ensuring 100% satisfaction. He's incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in his approach, and it shows in the quality of his work. After each treatment, either he or his staff follow up with a call or text to check in and make sure I'm doing well--something I've never experienced with any other provider. Dr. Ziobro exemplifies professionalism, compassion, and excellence. I truly appreciate the care he provides and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist. I wish there were 10 stars.....

Lori was my dental hygienist, and she explained everything in a way that was informative, but didn't make me feel like she was trying to sell me on anything. She approached it in a way I that was friendly and caring, so that I could possibly consider a few things for future, such as a mouthguard or Invisalign for my bottom teeth. She gave me the "comforting mom" experience, which was very sweet, because I'm a grown woman who is a big baby at the dentist (specifically needles in my gums for cavities!) Then came Dr. Nguyen. He couldn't have been more adorable if he tried. He was very friendly and genuine, which is a testament to his practice because EVERYONE in that whole building was friendly. I am recommending this place to my husband (we are new to the area) and anyone else looking for a dentist around here.

While several staff members still provide a positive in office experience, they're also seem to be a change; this requires them to work within new office parameters As a longtime customer, I've found its time to look elsewhere for my dental health needs; I've already found a new practice by the way. I've been seriously hurt from a tooth extraction that became infected! Appointment mix ups were too common, with me having to make several adjustments just to complete my treatment. Communicating with the dentist wasn't as productive as I would have liked. He spoke at me and not to me, as if there was somewhere else, he needed to be and this was the case for each of our encounters! While I'm not a fan of the dentist, i understand how important one's dental health is and with that in mind, you should find a place that respect you, your time and especially your money. This isn't a spiteful review from a single visit. I'm a long-time customer who overlooked concerning issues because I just wanted to be done. I didn't want to have to start over again with a different provider but that's what currently happening.

I was sent to Dr. Figueroa by my dentist at Princeton…read more The problem was - a cracked tooth that needed extraction and implant placement thereafter. Upper left. I read all about implants and when I saw the doctor and spoke to him, he knew every single bit of information I was prepared to ask about. A smart gentlemen! He gave comprehensive and detailed information, no BS, just substance. Extraction was a breeze. Started with no-pain anesthesia (Raul is using a cool technique to make sure you don't feel pain from the needle). Tooth was out in no time. Bone graft in place. Stitches were placed so quickly I did not have time to notice (confident stitches are a sign of a very skilled surgeon). Healing was pain free. I did not use any pain meds and all pain was gone by day 3. Bone graft was installed perfectly and tooth was ready for implant in 3 months. Next, the implant. 3D scan, surgery on the same day, did not use pain meds at home, was pain-free after about 3 days. A week after placing the implant I felt my mouth free from any hints I had surgery. I am very impressed. Dr. Figueroa is a thinking surgeon with outstanding hands. A.K. PS I just saw he won "best in New Jersey" award, what else can I add.

The office and staff is very nice and the office is comfy and clean! I saw Dr Ubhaus. She completed my initial cleaning and exam to get a full inspection after the ex rays were completed. She thoroughly went through her process. I am a bit of weird person when it comes to my teeth as I love the scraping and cleaning. She made me very comfortable and was gentle on my smile! VERY happy with my first visit and I highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new dentist!

This was our family dental practice for a very short time. Although we were satisfied with Dr…read more Gaines' initial consultation, and the cleaning we received, once it moved past that, things were dissapointing. First, my wife went in for a broken filling. She was seen by Dr. Lee, who is a lot less experienced than Dr. Gaines. The recommended treatment was a dental onlay. A temporary one was placed initially, however it fell off within 12 hours. After calling in, the administrative personnel suggested that we go to a pharmacy and buy over-the-counter cement and reattach it ourselves. Strike one. Next, my wife finally goes back for the permanenet onlay. The doctor did not proactively show her how the onlay would look (i.e. how close was the color, etc). After the onlay was permanently attached, my wife saw that the color was substantially different from the rest of her tooth. It does not look like a single tooth. After raising a concern to Dr. Lee, she was told that it was the best that they could do. Furthermore, the shape does not flow smoothly from the natural tooth, so it protrudes oddly and rubs against her inner cheek. All in all, it just looks like something was bolted on. It doesn't look like a normal single tooth. Plus, it's not functional. Floss and food are getting stuck as well. She was told to return in a couple of weeks, but it seems inadequate to allow a patient to leave the office unsatsfied and having to suffer for 2 weeks after paying more than $1,500. Strike two. So she calls and wants to see Dr. Gaines. He can't see her for a month. The administrative personnel act rudely when she asks about an earlier appointment date, saying "do you want us to cancel another patient's appointment for you." When we ask for Dr. Gaines' email address to be able to communicate to him how his employees are adversely affecting his business, they refuse to do so. Strike 3. So, we're moving our family to another practice in Princeton, with great reviews. Time will tell if it is any better, but this one is certainly not worth it for us, even if it means having to spend more out of pocket.
