My mom had mentioned that she goes to Smile Society and has had a great experience thus far. I called Smile Society and they were able to schedule me for 2 visits in the span of 4 days - 1 for an exam & 1 for the fillings. During my exam, they took detailed photos of my teeth & the cavities they saw. Dr. Singh pulled the photos up on a TV screen to show me exactly what we were looking at & formulate a plan for fillings. It helped me understand where issues were and what needed immediate attention. After my exam, they noted that I had an additional cleaning available through my insurance if I wanted to use it - and I did! I appreciated them pointing that out to me, otherwise I wouldn't have known. I was nervous about having cavities filled since I've never experienced it before. Dr. Singh answered all my questions, put my mind at ease, and I was in & out quickly. My cavities were small, so they didn't need to numb me with a needle. The procedure was PAINLESS! I booked my 6-month follow-up immediately. I'll absolutely come down from NYC to Smile Society for future dental work. The staff is welcoming, kind, and make you feel at ease. Cannot recommend more.

I am just leaving the…read moreoffice after the dentist took pliers to my loose teeth, wiggled them all, literally made them more loose than they were when I got there, and then told me that there was nothing he could do about it. I made the appointment under the assumption that he could do a splint, as his receptionist told me he could do splints. Also, he had done an implant and a veneer for me in the past, so I thought he could help me again. But, my implant, and my veneer are very different, they do not match, as they were supposed to. The veneer is smaller and the implant is longer. I was not happy with the $7000 worth of work he did the first time. But, this was something more of an emergency and they had an open appointment. So, now to summarize, I had the dentist wiggle my teeth with pliers, make them looser, then tell me there's nothing they can do. I am worse off then when I started and now need to find a new emergency dentist for my loose teeth, which are now, thanks to the dentist Lei Xu. To be honest, I am now sitting in my car, in the parking lot of the dentist, weeping. My teeth are clicking worse in and out of place now. I am contemplating reaching out to legal counsel to see if there is any recourse for this. The damages, now far worse than it was before.
