I suffer from stress and low levels of anxiety, and the occasional night of insomnia like most people, and that is how my last few days have been. However, within the first few seconds of her lightly gripping my ankles to start things off, I started to feel my body relax, my brain shut off for the entire hour. I can't wait to come back in for another session and leave my stress behind.

Highly recommended if you are feeling stiffness or pains that you need worked out of your body.
