Harmony Starts At Home Sherry & Gavin, a husband and wife team have shared several experiences over the last three years that have led them down the path to discover their life's true purpose, which is Harmony Caregiving. Sometimes the unexpected happens; from a death of a parent, to a cancer diagnosis of your only parent to a cancer diagnosis of your spouse. The couple knows personally that it is very difficult to deal with these family challenges when they come up. These personal experiences are what prompted the idea of the Harmony Family of CareGivers, the concept of providing helping hands and support to other families whenever and wherever they are needed. Three years ago Gavin's father passed away suddenly leaving the family and his Mother wondering how she would manage the family home on her own and who would be around daily to make sure she was doing okay? Sherry is President of Harmony Caregiving Inc., and a Certified Professional Consultant on Aging. Sherry's focus is helping seniors deal with the various changes that will occur in their lifetime, and assist the families in supporting their loved one. Sherry is committed to helping people enjoy a healthy life full of vitality, respect and dignity regardless of their age. She is passionate about people and focuses on bringing that exuberance and energy into everything that Harmony Caregiving does and believes in. Sherry recently completed her training as a Licensed Spiritual Practitioner. She enjoys volunteering for special events and had helped manage a youth group for two years. As a compassionate networker, she enjoy meeting families, and then connecting them to care providers that make a positive impact on their life. Sherry is a believer in the Body, Mind & Spirit Connection and enjoys researching and experiencing holistic modalities for healing.
