I went through and thought it went rather fast, I didn't think the gentleman pre washed the truck. I went over to Walmart, across the street, and noticed the truck was still really dirty. Specifically the rims and tail gate. I returned to the wash and spoke to the same guy as before. I wiped my hand on the tail gate and my hand was black with dirt. The same with the rims. I asked does that look clean to you? I pointed out that the guy never touched my truck with the brush which was obvious by the dirt shown on the truck. There was a car being brushed while we were talking and I asked why didn't I get that service? What does the works actually mean? He ran the truck through again, no charge, and I got the exact same poor surface. No prewash or brush, the guy working in the bay shook his head in disgust, I guess. I am so upset at their poor work ethic even though I was polite with my complaint. I went home and had to wash my truck. I have Florida tags but was raised in this town. Terrible!!

The antenna was also bent about 15 degrees. Pretty bummed because we love doing business with Tradewind's! The staff was friendly per usual, great gas prices and a free vacuum is always nice!

It was just gravel dust that I had already swept but needed to wash what I couldn't get out with the broom. He barely even looked in the bed of the truck! What's the purpose of having the grates in the self wash area to collect that stuff? I had no intentions of leaving a mess but attendant wouldn't hear me and walked away before I could say anything. I had just put in my quarters too. Very disappointed at how rudely he handled the situation. Glad I won't have to spend any more money there.

I explained it and he turned without a word and walked into the automated car wash. I have been going to this car wash for the last 20 years and this was my last stop.
