I remember when my roommate moved out of our rental apartment, I wanted a fresh start. Then I found Irene's page - and I swear, her friendly photo was in stark contrast to the real-estate-looking Feng Shui people on the other businesses (not to knock them off, just I felt a personal connection with Irene). I messaged her and we set up a time to talk for about half-hour, and we connected on a lot of spiritual tenets of how to live life. What I like about Irene is that she is not just about moving furniture - but about moving energy. That sold me. She came for an initial consult, and meeting her in person was a warm experience. She is so light-hearted, yet really takes her work seriously. She uses modalities of energy moving from Hawai'i, India, and China (maybe more, if I forgot to mention!). She took photos of the space, did a walk through to read the energy, and sent me a very detailed questionnaire to answer what I wish to change - not in my home - but in my life! Communication was excellent on every level: email, phone, text, both before and after our project. We spent one day working on my residence doing a mix of re-organization, furniture arrangement, decluttering, and feng shui analysis and planning, whatever was appropriate for the circumstance. At the end of the day, I had a full carload of items and furniture to donate, recycle or sell and, shockingly, a brand new home office that was completely unrecognizable from the morning. She gave me a great package deal, and we worked together for two days. I have to say that my closet is awesome now. I only have clothes in there that I feel good wearing. This makes it SO much easier to get dressed in the morning and to quickly put together nice outfits! I am now considering doing the same with my kitchen.
