He gave us a few repair options at what we thought was reasonable prices. He was here probably another 30 minutes installing the replacement part and checking over the rest of the system. He mentioned the drain pan had some stuff in it. He cleaned it out before he left. I highly recommend Robert and Veteran Air to anyone needing their heat or air looked at. The minimal amount of air was comint thru the vent. They never came back to complete the job. This month we had a cold morning so I turned the heat on. Cold air would be blown regardless of the temperature I set. I contacted another company to hopefully fix the issue. They came today and fixed the issue. The previous company set it so only cold air would be blown. They should have installed a new thermostat but instead they cut the wires attaching the new pump to the old (at least 15 years old)thermostat. They hooked it up so that it only blew cold air regardless of the temperature. There is also an issue with the sensor and a new one has to be ordered. The company that came to check the pump was fabulous. I actually have heat and cooling which makes me happy since I have a sick child. I really want to include the company's name that was kind enough to fit me in their busy schedule and address the issues but I need to get their approval first.
