I got her all the information she needed, never once got an email back. She denied our application (my mom and sister are my co-applicants) because and I quote "not everyone who applied makes the rent requirement per person." I make OVER 2/3 of the amount of rent and my sister is part time so she would make up the rest of the 3x the amount of rent needed. But because I made too much and my sister and mom don't make enough per person we got denied. No where does it say that each individual needs to make at least one months rent - as long as it was over 3x the amount we were good. But nope, got denied and wasted my money applying here. ALSO when you look at the decision page it says to check your email for reasoning why -- never got an email saying why we were denied either. We had to call her and hope she answered. I wouldn't apply here again, especially after reading these reviews.
