I had never been to this clinic prior to my 1 and only visit there, January 13, 2026 my cat had…read morebeen sick and was getting worse, She was terrified to go outside alone let alone to a vet. But at this point, there was no choice, i had seen her that morning and she was by her water bowl. When I saw her after work, she was cold and was passing away before my eyes, I took her to that clinic because that is the Only one that would see her that day. The arrival was fine, we went straight to a room, but when the doctor came in, she looked at me and said she is actively dying, she is cold to the touch. She then yanked her back leg up to look at her, I was shocked to see what looked to be infection around her belly area. She was in pain prior and did not want to be touched, i thought she had a UTI, which she got sometimes and medicine would make it better. This was worse, I felt HORRIBLE to say the least, but the doctor treated her like she was nothing. she then left the room after saying she needed euthanasia. No I'm so sorry, I wish I could do something. Just euthanasia. Then it was just talk about the costs. This was my Baby Girl for 13 years. My BF who never cries, broke down and I had to be the strong one. Here is it 6 weeks later, i was told she would take her paw print and send it to me. I have nothing. NOTHING. I just called the 2nd time and was told it was mailed. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER ANIMAL THERE EVER! I would recommend you take your Furr baby to a better clinic, somewhere with compassion. IF i could give a 0 rating I would.

Very nice place and very nice staff. The doctor was very helpful and clear when explaining to me my…read moreoptions and was very caring for my fur baby. I give a 4/5 only because I was not able to go back into the exam room with him(I've always been able to go into the exam room with him with other locations) If you're emotionally attached/dependent to your fur baby as I am you will understand this can be stressful for the both of you. That's just my own preference and I understand they just have their own way about things. Other than that it was a great experience.

Terrible experience. I wish I could give 0 stars…read more !!!!!!PLEASE READ!!!!!!! * Dr. Matt Ryan failed to answer more than 10 emergency calls I made while trying to save my puppy's life. * The one time he did answer, after I explained my puppy had gone limp and stopped breathing, his response was simply, "Is there a question?" * He refused to meet me at the clinic during an active emergency situation. And all he had to say about the missed phone calls was "my ringer must have been off" * Tori Mann minimized my puppy's condition and was not transparent about how critically ill he truly was. * No one at the clinic ever referred me to a specialist or emergency hospital -- they only continued prescribing medication despite his worsening condition. * Tyler Epes discharged my puppy after having him for hours and reviewing his X-rays, but did not disclose that he had a collapsed lung. * When I later raised concerns, the clinic's explanation for the lack of care was that they were "just a small clinic." Because of the lack of urgency and the 13 unanswered emergency calls, I ultimately drove my puppy 50 minutes to the nearest emergency hospital. Tragically, he passed away the same night he had been discharged from this clinic. Also not even 24 hours after his death after informing them that because of them my puppy lost his life, they deactivated his profile from the app.

Dr.Epes was absolutely amazing with my cat. She truly did everything possible to help him and she…read more texted me back day and night to update me on his condition. The whole staff was so helpful and kind, they were all aware of my pets name and condition. It was clear my pet was loved and cared for here, would absolutely recommend this place.

Everyone here was friendly and wonderful. They took great care of my dogs and there were smiles…read moreeverywhere. My dogs left happy, even after getting shots! Honestly I would ignore the negative ratings on here. Two of them are describing the same instance, giving two 1-star reviews for one mistake that was corrected, but both of them are trying to make a race issue out of it, the other one star review isn't even from here and has false information (the exam doesn't include anything? uh... you get an exam?!) They have very extended hours for emergencies which is really nice.

My pets are like my children and I would go to the ends of the earth for them, but I will never use…read moreBottleTree again. Initially, I was grateful to locate an urgent care clinic that seemed so receptive to the needs of my baby's gastrointestinal issues. And because that service went well, I opted to make BottleTree my go to Vet clinic. Big mistake! The service thereafter was horrible! I've never been so insulted in my life. And instead of an apology from the unprofessional staff member, I was provided a smug look and forcefully given the item I was accused of lying about...but only after providing them with documentation that they should have verified in their system. The verification only occurred after I produced text messages sent by BottleTree to me, acknowledging the error prior to my arrival today. In the end, another staffer tried to backtrack the statement, verses apologizing for the insult and insinuating statements that was actually said. The actual statement: "Oh, I can't give you the items because I can't prove you didn't actually get them when you were here before." First and foremost, I spent over $1100.00 on my previous visit! Why would I drive an hour for a can of medicated dog food?! This is not a misunderstanding! This is blatant racism and ignorance! I can guarantee that if I had been a lighter shade, it would've been handled with respect and grace. I no longer trust that BottleTree would care for my pets, especially when I'm not around or if they're required to be boarded. If you'd lie to my face, I'm sure you'd lie about things I can't verify or see for myself. One out of ten, do not recommend! Especially, if you are melanated. Truthfully, Queenie Belle's Mama
