No more lease reactivity and he seems to have matured because of the structure and training they gave him!

The cat was still damp and half his stomach got shaved and she trimmed his beautiful long hair ALL over! He was shedding more when he came home than he ever had. Charged him $92 for BS. Just absolutely ridiculous what businesses are charging people to do nowadays! I could have bathed him cut him and trimmed his nails for absolutely nothing and it would have been done right! I hate this world now!

It is now Friday and one of my nails broke (I was not being rough on them I was literally washing the dishes). I called early afternoon, 4 hours til close, to see when it could be fixed and they are refusing to fix it today; in fact they are making me wait until they have an opening in their bookings. So instead, I will be having to spend money in another salon today to have it fixed in a timely manner. It is WAY too pricey to have nails breaking within days, just for them to not prioritize getting it fixed. I will never be going back to this salon.

Which, with me being a bit of a Doberman snob (except it's not "a bit" at all ) and with me being super picky with whom I trust my dogs with, to sing praises of any given vet is an absolute rarity on my part. As a client, I'm actually a vet's worst nightmare - I would assume, because I second guess everything and love to do my own research. Like I said... I'm a snob. It is what it is... Dr Lapova is the only vet I've come across in the continental US that I trust my dogs with INDEFINITELY. The entire staff is always patient, kind and fair even with people like me, the facility is always clean, the pricing is super reasonable especially for the quality of care the animals (and owners) receive. Most importantly, Dr Lapova and her staff treat every client as a member of their family! If I could give them 10 stars I would, but as 5 is the max I'll settle for it!

Really enjoyed the soup of the day, which was a creamy chicken florentine. The side loaded baked potato should be shared with at least 2-3, as it is a huge potato. I had the shrimp scampi, which was much less successful. Unlike a traditional scampi which is light, with a garlicky butter sauce and an equally light pasta like angel hair , this "scampi" was heavy, creamy and cheesy...not sure why they called it scampi. Maybe closer to an Alfredo, but even heavy for that. There was so much extra grated cheese on top, it looked like a scoop of ice cream on top when it arrived. The pasta was also heavy and not traditional for a scampi. Additionally, the portion was at least double (maybe more) what it should be. So much wasted, especially for anyone staying at the hotel that cant take home leftovers. I felt so wasteful sending back significantly more than I ate.
