Just absolutely ridiculous what businesses are charging people to do nowadays! I could have bathed him cut him and trimmed his nails for absolutely nothing and it would have been done right! It is now Friday and one of my nails broke (I was not being rough on them I was literally washing the dishes). I called early afternoon, 4 hours til close, to see when it could be fixed and they are refusing to fix it today; in fact they are making me wait until they have an opening in their bookings. So instead, I will be having to spend money in another salon today to have it fixed in a timely manner. It is WAY too pricey to have nails breaking within days, just for them to not prioritize getting it fixed. I will never be going back to this salon.

Which, with me being a bit of a Doberman snob (except it's not "a bit" at all ) and with me being super picky with whom I trust my dogs with, to sing praises of any given vet is an absolute rarity on my part. As a client, I'm actually a vet's worst nightmare - I would assume, because I second guess everything and love to do my own research. Like I said... I'm a snob. It is what it is... Dr Lapova is the only vet I've come across in the continental US that I trust my dogs with INDEFINITELY. The entire staff is always patient, kind and fair even with people like me, the facility is always clean, the pricing is super reasonable especially for the quality of care the animals (and owners) receive. Most importantly, Dr Lapova and her staff treat every client as a member of their family! If I could give them 10 stars I would, but as 5 is the max I'll settle for it!
