This morning, a young lady finally answered and when I told her I'd have been on the phone for 22 minutes she was shocked because she said her phone only rang once. I don't know what's going on over there but this is been going on for quite some time. I hate calling Apex. I left a similar review in 2020 so these reviews are not making anything better. Dr. Nanra over saw my care while I was there and said if anything comes up come and see us. I decided to take him up on his offer today when I woke up to some questionable symptoms. They had me in and out within an hour (unheard of for urgent care as busy as them, especially with them also being a primary care clinic.) the clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and they are very on top of it. The doctor listened to my history and what led up to today and took all of that into consideration with his treatment options. I will definitely be returning here for my urgent care needs. I'm happy that I have the option to go here if anything urgent arises and know that they care about their patients. Thank you golden state!!!

Doctor acosta's office it has to be the worst office I have ever been in contact with for my elderly in laws it is so pathetic and unprofessional that you cannot get through and then the director / CEO cares about as much as a dead person does but he's right on track with his medical group don't know how you check this job but again do not go with this medical group unless you want to have frustration coming out of your ears and especially doctor acosta's office and his staff office manager and I say that loosely it doesn't have a clue herself that's using people fraudulently falsely but that will be done in the legal manner

He switched me from 80 mg of a stating to 10 mg, even though I have had a heart attack and three stents. Yesterday I had a near heart attack, and another stent put in an artery that went from 60% blocked to over 90% in less than a year, and two of my original stents that looked fine last year is now 50% blocked. My doctor here (I'm no longer in California) confirmed that the reduced medicine was the reason for the current issues. Dr. Costa mismanaged my health and completely ignored many other concerns and his improper treatment nearly caused me to die. In addition, the entire staff are unhelpful, ignorant, and not in any way compassionate. Run, don't walk, away from GVHC. Going there will literally put your life in danger.

Unfortunately, I had to wait over two hours before I was seen. However, I did see multiple pharm reps come in and out of his office that didn't have to wait. Oh I'm sure he is going to bill my insurance company as well even though he didn't do any examinations. Maybe I should bill him for my two hours of my life I will never get back. Respect people's time. That's not much to ask. Thanks for nothing doc

Dr Iyer is the best doctor who's ever treated me!…read more Having said that, I've noticed that he spends less and less time with me during my visit. Last time I seen him he rattled off some nonsensical garble and I responded: "what"? He then proceeded to yell at me, repeating what he had previously said. I'm at a crossroads as to whether or not to find another doctor. The problem is, there aren't many good ones left. Maybe I'll just roll with the punches...
