This is my first season working for Green Crew. I have previous landscaping experience from other…read moreemployers. That being said, there is a bias here, but I feel it useful for people to know more about the internal culture of the company. From an inside perspective, this is an incredibly professional company that is firm in its values of delivering above and beyond what many other companies offer and still approaching things on a humble and personal level. The owner, Will, is in his mid 20s and is impressively skilled in business, especially for his age. We have military veterans, some who have served overseas and are hardworking and respectful. I am a female landscaper and Will and others have been really inclusive and professional and created a comfortable environment which is incredibly valuable to me as a girl in this male dominated field. The Green Crew men have a pretty rare integrity when it comes to their work. When we start a project, the instructions from boss/foreman are never "just get it done," "we got other stuff to do," or "it's not our problem" like so many others in this field. There's always detailed instructions tailored to what specific customers want and it's always about a detailed and thorough job for customer satisfaction. Quality over quantity, which is worthy of noting in landscaping where it is usually primarily about cranking out as much work for profit as you can in the seasonal time window. All landscapers work hard to a degree, but this company takes it to another level. And full transparency, they work for a number of elite clientele and some of said clients are especially particular in taste and requests. But these guys take the time to make sure things are done right, not just quickly, even though they work efficiently. I am just grateful to have found a company I've been with for a couple months now that has these values and I can be proud to work for. I'm not gaining anything from writing this review, I'm not sure the boss even checks these because he has a pretty well rounded group of loyal and notable clients, but I thought it was kind of a shame there weren't many reviews and wanted to highlight this great company from a unique inside perspective!

RPS Landscaping did an absolute excellent job working on my landscaping project. I had them clear…read moreout VERY overgrown vines and tall weed bushes that had covered my old stone walls. They pulled the growth up from the roots (not just cut it back), layed landscape fabric and then put down mulch. It now looks spectacular- I was thrilled! They also restacked the stone wall were it had collapsed over the years. I was also very impressed with how prompt, polite and especially how hard working they were. They also cleaned up my front garden, which included pulling weeds, pruned my hydrangeas, edging and then topped with mulch- now looks beautiful! I would without question recommend RPS Landscaping if you're looking to have some work done! I'm a new customer and plan on using RPS for all my future projects.
