You can check out her website to see how good her work is. There's no question about that. What stands out to me is how she interacts with and treats her clients. She did my newborn pictures recently. First off, baby was in the NICU on the day we had originally scheduled. Suzy checked in with me nearly every single day to see how my son was doing and offer words of encouragement. She was never pushy. She genuinely wanted to check on him. When we were finally able to do the session, she fit us in immediately. I didn't realize how stressful it can be to do newborn pics in general. They are completely naked and constantly need to feed so they are in a deep sleep. Suzy was so patient. You never got the sense that she was waiting on you. She even consoled my son numerous times during the shots to try and give me a break. I'll tell you that in the short 3 hours that we were there, she earned herself a repeat customer. I will never use another photographer again. I've already got friends and family wanting to know where my pics were done. For our engagement shoot, We went out to shoot at Ma'ili beach during the sunset time. It kind of felt like we were just taking a walk around the beach while Adam was holding the screens for lighting and Desirae was shooting away. It was nice and fun! It was funny to see them roll on the ground to get the angles. Do it for the pictures! We got the pictures pretty quick too! These two are an amazing team! For our wedding day, they had did their thing and we just trusted them throughout the process while we were busy getting ready for our day.
