I…read morebelieve the negative reviews are in part due to ignorance and people thinking that working with a lawyer is like what they see on tv. It's easy to post negative reviews when you think you have the right to, but people need to understand the law and the amount of work that ois into just the monitoring of a case even before it becomes a case file in a law firm. Most people think just because they have been in a car accident they hit the lottery. As a paralegal for a law firm in the city of Albany, I can tell you that i have been called names and berated by many people who thought they had cases and were then let go because they did not meet the NYS injury threshold. If there is no case then there is no case, that is up to New York State. HM helped me with a small case and yet I was treated as a very important client. I will always recommend them for their kindness and direction.

I could not find the words to express how grateful I am to Dan for giving me my life back but most important was his pursuit for the Justice that was due to us. Dan Rubin, who is a partner in the law firm of Girvan and Ferlazzo takes on giant corporations without a second thought, and wins. He has a compassion for justice and his clients. Dan is a kind, caring, unstoppable and determined attorney. Mr. Rubin peels back every layer to get to the truth and exposes all aspects of wrongdoing. You will NEVER find an attorney who puts his clients FIRST. I trusted Dan with my life "literally" and he delivered well over my expectations. Mr. Rubin achieved what others thought was unfeasible. Girvan and Ferlazzo are now our family attorneys for everything. The Girvan and Ferlazzo team works together to achieve and deliver the utmost results. They work day and night together and are one of the strongest teams. They respond and NEVER leave you hanging-they constantly keep you informed. Dan Rubin has been recognized by other attorneys for the outstanding job, he NEVER backs down and is highly respected amongst his peers and partners. Dan Rubin and Girvan and Ferlazzo are a blessing to have on your side. When the defendant's attorney acknowledges what an excellent job he has done on this case and others, THAT right there says it all! I strongly recommend Dan Rubin and Girvan and Felazzo. Once you have met Dan and his team you realize and understand what a supreme team you have. Mr. Rubin will never back down for his clients, nor settle just to settle. If you are looking for an attorney to deliver justice, fight for what you are entitled to and is highly respected than you need Girvan and Ferlazzo. If it wasn't for Dan Rubin, I know I would not be where I am today. Girvin and Felazzo is the ONLY Law firm I would ever recommend. Mr. Rubin fights to win and delivers! Mr. Dan Rubin is a GIANT and a professional attorney in every aspect.

With that in mind, I was very careful when picking an attorney to help me out. I had heard about The Towne Law Firm from a friend and decided to contact them, and I am so happy I did. Shalini Natesan, one of the Partners, was very responsive throughout the entire closing process and kept the transaction moving from start to finish. She helped calm my nerves and made the process of closing on a house actually enjoyable for me. It was very apparent she has done many closings before. I really cannot thank Shalini and the attorneys at Towne enough for all they did for me. They truly went above and beyond. If you ever need any legal assistance, Towne is the firm to go to. They aren't intimidating and they REALLY care about their clients.

I then used the law firm again when I was going to have a tenant move into our house, and Max patiently went over all of the legal requirements to be a landlord. Most recently, I used the law firm for selling a property, after I spent hours reading the forms and instructions myself. Max was able to do everything in 15 minutes.
