I will spend the rest of my life disabled from someone elses poor and wreckless decisions.I reached out to Mattars office (never ONCE did he take the time to speak to me) and pawned off to a woman attorney about to go out on maternity. She sent a couple emails out and left....I heard nothing for months. I then was passed around to some one else who did the same emails and soon after quit (More months of no word)....I FINALLY got handed off to a woman who spent more time telling me what Im NOT entitled to than what I was. In the end game it took 2 years to do what other attorneys say should have taken 6-8 months and what I received for a settlement in no way even covered the medical expenses incured, much less the lifetime of pain and suffering. Oh and lets not forget the 33% (30 thousand dollars) of the settlement they take for making a few phone calls and sending a few emails. Do yourself a favor...FIND ANOTHER FIRM. A final note, I live in Albany, NY..they say they have offices in Albany yet I had to do everything thru Jamestown????? Gimme a break.
