Fast forward a couple weeks later and one of our furnaces stopped working. Because we had a home warranty we decided to go through them. Home warranty company came out, diagnosed the issue and told us that a part we needed was on back order till the end of February. A week goes by and we decide to contact At Home just to see if they have access to the part faster or if there is anything else we can do. At Home comes out immediately, diagnoses the problem and fixes it. The previous company was wrong and had we not contacted At Home, who knows how long we would have been without a working furnace. I called them to check the Freon levels and clear the vacuum line. The tech who came out spent 50 minutes from start to finish. Took out the whole unit from inside and outside. Re installed it in the same place and then proceeded to charge me 650$ installation fee and 100$ uninstallation fee. When asked for an invoice the owner told me he doesn't have time for this and asked what I wanted to pay. Very unprofessional when it comes to billing and being accurate with correct fees.

Kaiser was the only company to take my unit apart and determine the actual problem was inside the evaporating condenser coils. They have done several projects for me, including mounting some cabinets and a wall microwave, repairing holes and gaps in the exterior trim, and fixing a hump in my roof. For all of these things, they charged a fair price that was considerably cheaper than other businesses. They are responsive to my texts and come out and finish the work quickly. I learned about them through the recommendation of a friend and I will continue to work with them and recommend them in the future.
