Fries were fresh and hot, burger was fixed just the way I ordered it. Appreciated the military discount. Service was good, not a long wait time. Place was very clean. The ice and drink dispensers worked, catsup, salt and pepper, napkins were well stocked. read more

Workers laughed whole time while taking my order. I repeated myself about 10 times the food I wanted because they kept laughing and screaming "ma'am" ... then when I got my order, it was completely wrong. Also I was in the drive thru for an hour, they took so long for getting orders terribly wrong. read more

Today my grand had to stay home from school to get 24 hour antibiotics time to work. She school! So to cheer her up I suggested Star Meal & this Hardee's did NOT disappoint! Her burger was just the way she likes it, the fries were cooked perfectly & my chicken strips were fantastic! I only got to eat 2 because she wanted me to share. I find breakfast biscuits here are great but we've had some lunches that were not up to par, but today they knocked it out of the park! Perfect lunch & hopefully school tomorrow. Hardee's must have hired the idiots and morons who worked for the McDonalds down the street These people don't understand the addition of another patty when ordering a double. Breakfast is always good but in the afternoon and evening, when you see every other drive thru in town backed up and Hardee's is empty....lesson learned. read more

Wish I could give it a 0. Worst customer service ever. We waited in line for 45 to one hour. We get up to order and they said they are only accepting cash. We then had to wait another 30 minutes for our 3 orders of fries after that. When we asked the lady how much it would be, she said "i don't know" (with an attitude). Did not say a word to us at the window when we got there. All she said was "10.86" and that's it. Did not give us ketchup after we asked for "lots" of it. TERRIBLE. read more

The bitch that answered the phone needs her teeth knocked in. I called and asked when they stopped serving breakfast and she just hung up, so I called back and of course she hung up again. The service was slow, and yet they seemed very busy in the background. Not sure why as they had a lot of people - perhaps preparing between meals as we were in before lunch? They still had the breakfast menu up and we had to remind them to switch it over. One mushroom swiss burger a short while later, and the experience was complete - pretty much exactly as I remember it (hot and messy). They handed out a little card with a number on it... guess they get really busy at some point. But we were one of two in the restaurant at the time. read more

Slow service at the drive through in that they had me pull forward and wait almost ten minutes. Then they got all three thick burgers wrong. The receipt had the correct condiments listed, but they just put everything on all three burgers. read more

The food is good and well as it is at all Hardee's. The restaurant is clean. With a student ID, Mississippi State students can get free drink and fries with a burger purchase, which is fantastic. Hardee's is expensive for fast food, but the food is completely worth it. As with any fast food place, the service can be hit or miss. The morning crew is, usually, polite and good. The afternoon crew is more likely to be unwelcoming and to mess up your order. Several times, my order has been wrong, but most of the time they get it right. Another con is that the food is somewhat slow to come out. They advertise this as a positive that means increased quality in food over other fast food place, which I can accept. The quality is good, better than just about any fast food, but the food can still take longer than I would like. read more

Awful! Super super slow service. Every time I have ever been here, when I get to the drive through, I get this: "Hello, welcome to Hardee's, hold on please." And then I'm left sitting there. The longest I've ever waited was two minutes. Then I left. After the fourth time this happened to me, I haven't been back. The last time I was actually able to obtain food through the drive through, it was so bad I was afraid to eat it. The burger looked like it had been dropped and stepped on, and the fries were almost literally dripping grease. Rancid-smelling grease. Better make sure your health insurance is paid up if you plan to eat here. Truly terrible. read more

On February 12, 2016 I went to the Hardee's at 411 Highway 12 East. I ordered a bacon hamburger meal. I waited 20 minutes standing at the counter playing on my phone. The young lady who took my order came up and asked if I had gotten my order. I said no. The manager came up and took the order of the man who was standing behind me waiting to order. The cook came out and asked me what I had ordered and I told him the bacon hamburger. I assumed when he went back to the area where he was working I would get my meal. I watch him for a few minutes and saw he was not going to produce my meal. I asked the manager for a refund. I received a partial refund, and left the building. When I went outside I saw one of the employees and asked him about the manager. He told me the manager and cook had a meeting about me. The cook refused to make my meal, the manager refused to make the cook make my meal. I have no idea why this happened. I was quietly waiting for my meal believing the best of this crew to provide me with a meal. I was wrong. read more
