I love the app. Food is always ready quick and correct. It's one of the few Farmington fast food joints that has the order complete with quality. Staff members are the best. However, I received neither and was NOT notified about the change at all. I also did not receive the water either. This is an occurring issue as the last time I ordered pickup they did not have my shake and when I asked about it he told me to call customer service to get another one at another time for free but I know how that goes (bs) then another time I ordered through the drive through and specifically asked for a CUP of water and was charged 2.99 for a BOTTLE of water that I did not ask for, when I tried to address the issue he had an attitude and did not attempt to correct the issue at all. Like I said, it USED to be a great place to get some late night food but recently I would not recommend it smh

Mashed potatoes were great as always, but the chicken was older you could tell as it was so moist that the crispy fried coating was falling off and they didn't refill it until I had filled up on the other stuff. They have good chicken and dumplings, the biscuits are good, corn, green beans, regular, extra crispy, and naked buffalo chicken. It is a pretty good deal at only $7. I just wished they kept fresh chicken in the baskets at all times. Update: One of the workers or maybe even a manager from this place commented on this review about how "if you are always having problems then it's probably you". I don't believe I said anything bad about the place besides there was no fresh chicken put out the whole time I was there and being that it was a chicken place I think it's reasonable to expect chicken on the buffet. She loved everything about it. Made each of us try it. Talked about the marinade, the fresh mushrooms that were sauted and all the things. And the onion rings were so good she gushed.
