The Hardanger Panorama Lodge is built into the side of the mountain and perched atop 25' pillars, offering breathtaking views of the scenic grace. Arild Opheim, the cabin's builder and our host, picked us up from the Voss train station and drove us to the lodge. His warmth, and his girlfriend Claudia Saathoff's gifted hand with details, made our stay in this treetop cabin a truly remarkable experience. read more
