Lawrence was very professional, prompt and precise throughout the entire booking process. He gave a detailed list of how much alcohol we needed to purchase based on the size of our party. He was very patient with me leading up to the event as I had to change the headcount several times and he even added another bartender to accommodate us. Drinks were great and we had many compliments from our guests. I made my own specialty drink menu and Lawrence was more than happy to accommodate it. Lawrence and his son even showed up in western attire to go along with our theme! We will definitely use Martini Express for our next party/event.

I sent him so many pictures of different alcohols and ingredients, just to make sure it was what we needed and he always responded within a few minutes, which I REALLY appreciated since I was already at the store. For the cocktails, Efrain sent me a list to choose from but I was also able to add a drink that wasn't on the list. We also changed some of the cocktails we originally chose and he was happy to adjust. All of the drinks were really good!!! And everyone at the wedding LOVED Scooby Snack so I definitely recommend that one! During the wedding, a few of the groomsmen also requested different drinks that wasn't on the list we had but Efrain was happy to make it for them. My husband and I were so busy the entire time of the wedding so we didn't get to talk to him and his team but all my guests said they were wonderful. Apparently she had a breakdown of some sort and had to be escorted out. Terry stayed to try to handle the bar but with 80 people, they was too understaffed. I would definitely not recommended them and would look into other bartending services. So many liability issues were present that we demanded and received a full refund of the bartending services.
