It's always nerve wracking going somewhere new because it is a lot to spend for something that might not be great - but rest assured, you don't have to worry here! This was the best massage I've ever had. Kristen really took the time to listen to me explain exactly where I was hurting and what I was hoping to get out of the experience. She absolutely knows what she is doing! I could feel her fixing me, all the while I was so relaxed, even when she worked on some of my tender muscle pains. I will be back to see her in August, and I told my family who also stay at the Cape often to go see her! I am so happy I found someone so great.

You can imagine how over the moon I was to find this place in lil' Rhody. Thai massages are dry massages and involve a lot of gentle stretching and some acupressure. I typically leave energized and not sleepy. The massage quality is at par with what one would expect for this modality. I have no complaints here. The only setback is the service rate. This place, perhaps due to lack of competition, is pricey. This has prevented me from coming regularly. That said, if you've never had a Thai massage before and are curious about what makes it different--while not planning to visit Thailand soon, or any other state where there are more spas offering this service--then do visit Thai Tranquility Bodywork. It's worth being familiar with Thai massage, and this place does a good job.
