I have taken all my animals here for almost 10 years - Dr March runs an incredible practice and takes excellent care of my 3 senior dogs Dexter (12) Louie (14) Winnie (13) and my cat Monkey (5). We have been through everything: a cystotomy for Dexter, dental and 22 extractions for Louie and always regulating his diabetes, echocardiogram and ekg for Monkey, and all the healthy checkups in between. The staff is attentive and accommodating and knowledgeable the techs are professional and compassionate and I always have a wonderful experience when I am at Harborside. We had a very disappointing experience at Harborside Animal Clinic, Naples Florida primarily due to a young, inexperienced vet technician. In the past, Harborside's Veterinary Services had been satisfactory. That all changed yesterday! Our dog has been professionally groomed every 4-6 weeks for 10 years (I.e. Bath, Brush and Nail trim). We typically take him to PetSmart for a full grooming, however, this time we bathed him ourselves therefore he only required his nails trimmed. We made an appointment at Harborside. After a few minutes - an employee came out to say they would not finish trimming his nails unless we agreed to give him Gabapentin, a sedative drug. He IS fussy regarding his nails, however, in over 100 groomings over 10 years he has never had to be sedated before having his nails trimmed. Harborside refused to finish the job however they still charged us. Following the supposed nail appointment we could not determine if any or how many nails were properly trimmed. We understand that an inexperienced technician might be concerned however using a muzzle for 3 minutes would have been easy solved the issue. BTW he has never worn a muzzle nor has any groomer ever suggested a sedative before trimming our dog's nails! I really love Harborside. The girls that answer the phones are always friendly and helpful. The best part is the sheer amount of doctors they have on staff, though. They can always fit me in, especially if it's something time sensitive. Everyone is always nice to our kitties and seems to go out of their way to ensure everyone is cared for. I really appreciate the effort and care that Harborside provides. I don't live anywhere near here but drive 45 minutes because it is worth the drive. read more

A great vet, with 4 doctors on staff. Nice facility with lots of parking front and back, kind of cramped, but not too bad. The staff did a wonderful job of showing how much they cared about the well being of my pet, from her safety to healing after surgery. They were very organized and the doctor who did all the work on my animal called me whenever something new was going on. I really appreciate the customer/patient care. 100% love Harborside Animal Clinic and I've often boarded our cat Vinnie there because they take good care of him. We adopted Vinnie from the DAS after he was captured " in the wild" and neutered at the DAS. Dr. March examined him, made sure all his shots were up-to-date and has been caring for Vinnie ever since. Very knowledgeable Vet! I have a 16 year old havanese and 2 year old maltipoo and was happy with they way handled both babies.

I have been using this clinic for my cats and dogs since 2015. They used to call and confirm appts. They used to care about their business. Since Covid they quit sending out reminders and every time I had to take an animal there I had to call them from the parking lot to check in.,.... They come out and take my babies in and the doctor calls from the office to speak with you. Covid protocols...., crazy rules, stupid long emails from the owner and as I said earlier..,.. you can email me with all your crazy protocols but not to remind me of appointments? I asked the front desk today why I never got an appointment reminder (once again) and her response was...."sorry we are short staffed and doing the best that we can". Well maybe if the owner of Harborside was managing his staff better and not being afraid of his own shadow he would have a more accommodating and competent staff. Highly disappointed in the lack of care and service this clinic has given us since COVID-19. Quit being afraid of everything and take care of your business, staff and patients! read more

One of the best vets in Naples. I have personally been coming here for over 30 years and it is a wonderful vet. I have not used them for any emergency, but have bordered my dachshund there and she literally did not want to leave. Caring staff, great location, clean, good prices. Parking is kinda tough, but some in the back. Love this place as a vet. Right on Davis before airport coming from 41. All of my pets have gone there and never had a problem. When my dog passed away they sent a card signed by the entire staff, so sweet. read more

They are efficient, excited about what they do, and truly invested in helping your animal. I was given treatment options for my obese cat without being sold various unnecessary things. I never have written a review on anything before but I feel it's the best way I can thank the staff of Harborside. Today I received a card in the mail from the clinics staff . Last week I brought my cat and best friend FeFe of 15 years to the clinic after a night from hell watching her go from perfectly fine to in complete distress it was obvious to me I was losing her and rushed to the clinic immediately. Unfortunately it would be our last moments together her beautiful heart was going and the best thing for her was for me to let her go. I stroked her head as she took her last breath and the compassion and care of the staff made my decision that much more easier to bare. The card I received contained all of the staffs signatures and inside 4 paw prints they had inked for me. My heart felt peace and a feeling of gratitude for they had a genuine understanding of what I have lost. I've framed those prints and they will always be in my home as another reminder of my lost friend. Thank you again Harborside Staff you are truly a blessing. read more

This review is WAY over due, but better late than never. We brought in our 5 year old Boxer Brady, who by the way, wasn't even a patient at this clinic. He was having issues breathing. Brady had a similar episode like this in the past and we ended up having to take him to he ER which cost us a huge chunk of our savings. So this time around we decided to call a few of the Emergency Vet Hospitals around Naples and every single clinic refused to see him if we couldn't pay his bill at the time of service. We weren't sure what we were going to be be able to afford plus we had no idea what was even wrong with him. We called Harbor side and they told us to bring him in immediately. They were extremely friendly and compassionate!! They saved our dogs life. Not only that, the doctor covered some of our bill and another organization picked up nearly the rest of it. We are so Thankful for doctors and staff at Harborside. I will never take my babies anywhere else!! read more

I DO NOT recommend Harborside Animal Clinic. I called their office in early March 2019 to make an appointment for my dog as a "new patient," (we live in Naples full time but are not happy with our current vet). I was told that they were not currently taking new patients but they would beginning in May (read - the Snowbirds are still here and we don't have room for you locals but we will have room for you when the Snowbirds go back home). I called back on 01 May 2019 and was told again that they were not taking any new patients (read - there are still enough Snowbirds here that we do not need to treat local animals). If you are a local, please do NOT do business with this clinic. You are an afterthought to them and only there to help keep them in business until the Snowbirds return. read more
