I am really mad that the points (I had a bunch) I had accumulated were basically eliminated and I don't get to use them for a future discount. There was no notice sent to me that they were going away - and they did not expire - they apparently just abruptly stopped the program. So, I will never stop here again. I feel very slighted by ownership. Boo.
