I was going here even though their cigars were previously more expensive than any other place nearby. Not only have they raised the prices again, I hear ownership changed and the store size shrunk. I am really mad that the points (I had a bunch) I had accumulated were basically eliminated and I don't get to use them for a future discount. There was no notice sent to me that they were going away - and they did not expire - they apparently just abruptly stopped the program. So, I will never stop here again. Cheap Smokes has a great selection at almost half the price. Very large assortment of liquids, and if you ask to be entered in their club, you get 1 free bottle of liquid for every 5 bottles that you buy. This place is such a rip off it makes me sick. I purchased a Hebe Titan 2 from here because they didn't carry the Pax. I was led to believe the quality was the same and, based off the selling price, I believe them. I was charged 179.99 for this item, a price tag commonly seen on pax products, but in reality I was overcharged 100 dollars and sold a sub par, cheaply made item. If they had been up front and charged me a fair price it would be one thing, but they are ripping off customers by selling poor quality product for the price of high end product. I called immediately when I found out the selling price of the hebe titan 2 online, something only bothered to look up after using this product and realizing instantly I had been ripped off. The sales associate had zero couth, honestly he must be friends with the owner because he has no business being in a sales position. After being spoken to in a combative and disrespectful way he told me he would pass my email address along to the owner (after I asked 5 times). He could tell I was upset and all he did was fuel the fire, quite simply an incompetent approach to handling a customer who feels betrayed. I added a picture I took of the real price tag on the hebe (79.99) and how they overlaid the 179.99 sticker right over it!
