Everyone in the shop was laid back and seemed like they all really enjoyed their job but what really made me rate this shop 2 out of 5 stars was the lack of variety of juice. This shop offers house juice as well as house premium. On the other hand, they do not carry many varieties of premium brands. I have been vaping for 3 and a half years and feel I'm a part of this community. (When I attend a shop I know what I am looking for) Another aspect of the shop that discouraged me was the over priced gear such as Mods, Tanks, Etc. Lastly, it's sad to say but when I asked for 3 nicotine the shop added the nicotine to a zero milligram bottle. Where as many shops do this the workers added to much nicotine which made it virtually impossible to vape without coughing. The juice that I thought was smooth ended up becoming harsh, the Nic that was added was over the top. products were not worth it but I needed the juice since I'm not from the area. I rated them a two star because they were willing to help and willing to work but just couldn't accommodate me correctly. read more

More than 4 years ago I wanted to quit smoking, the original owner even had a pamphlet for the correct way to transition over to vaping. First matter your statement on return policy is false.Second the liquid vapor sold is very harsh which seems to burn the coils quickly in turn may explain the returns. Both customer reviews are correct statements. As a business owner it does not exempt you from to offering a returning good customer with BAD service. Too many other establishments stand by their customers along with products. I would not return however I hope this helps make improvements. read more
